  • Charming apartment in Caen for 2 people. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or business travelers.
    Bright and fully equipped, the apartment has a floor area of 48 m² and accommodates up to 2 people.
    You’ll be located in the city of Caen, close to downtown, the SNCF train station, and the tram station.
    To ensure your maximum comfort during your stay, the following amenities will be at your disposal:

This apartment was very clean and convenient to train station. Parking was nice to have. We had everything we needed for our stay. Michel was available to answer any questions. Would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful property. Extremely clean, beautiful, well-equipped, close to great dining options, and very safe. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Good location, quiet, parking. We appreciated the laundry facilities but the instructions were difficult. Overall quite good, well equipped. Sharper kitchen knives would have been helpful. We liked the place.

Excellent choice for our stay in Caen. Michel was great in communicating with us and promptly answered all our inquiries. The location is perfect for touring Caen and the D-Day beaches. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The apartment is well equipped and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows could be upgraded. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Our host was very attentive and prompt in answering. The place was clean, neat and perfectly stocked. The location was perfect for all of our adventures. We would happily stay there again.

Great apartment in the perfect location

The apartment is in walking distance to transport, shops and attractions. It was also very clean and had everything that we needed for the stay.

Our stay was excellent. It was a really convenient location to visit the sites of Normandy. We had a rental car, and parking was behind the building. Our only confusion, and that is us, Americans, is that the first floor is one up, not the ground floor which they call "0." The apartment is one up, and there is an elevator to get there, especially handy for the luggage. The kitchen was well-outfitted for our needs, and there was a small grocer boulangerie across the street. Bed was comfy. Bathroom & shower were excellent. TV gave us a problem, but again, we are Americans, so not what we were used to, and nothing in English. We were able to use our Netflix account to watch some TV. All in all, a lovely week in Caen!

Nice place to stay

Apartment is very modern and clean.the outside of the building needs some T.L C. Communications with owner are excellent All in all a great place to stay, when exploring the coast of Normandy

A real home away from home

Michel has created a relaxing and convenient environment which is in a great spot for exploring Caen and the surrounding area The check in and out were faultless and the apartment incredibly well equipped I’d definitely recommend it

Lovely apartment in a pleasant building and street near the railway station and city centre. Well equipped, with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Friendly host that arranged everything perfectly. I could not think of an apartment better suited for a stay of a few days to several weeks for 1 or 2 people.

Our experience was wonderful! The check-in process was very clear and secure. The apartment was spacious, and exactly like the photos. It was clean, fully furnished and in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants with ease. We would stay in this apartment again, if ever visiting the Normandy area.

Beautiful accommodations downtown Caen.

This property was absolutely lovely. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. We were within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and shopping. It was also very easy to drive out of the city from the location.

Beautiful, stylish city apartment

We wish we could have spent more time at this lovely, comfortable apartment. It had everything we could want for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing, and it was also an easy walk to restaurants and the metro. Caen is a charming town. We visited the Chateau and the Memorial war museum--both well worth a visit.

Lovely apartment. It was clean, and the kitchen was awesome! Had everything you needed when you wanted to stay in for the evening. There was also a patisserie, a chocolate shop, a pharmacy, and a market directly across the street. It was very centrally located for anyone wanting to see all the sites in Normandy, including the WWII cemeteries and beaches. The only thing missing that would have been helpful was restaurant suggestions in the vicinity by the proprietor.

10/10 for everything. Very quiet apartment but easy walk to centre. Free, secure parking at the back of the apartments. Restaurant next door also very good. Plus a brilliant shower!

Very comfortable, spacious . Rain shower is apartment located near train station. Grocery store and bakery in same street. The apartment was a great base for exploring the attractions of Normandy. Bed is comfortable, amenities are good, we had everything we needed. The rain shower was excellent. I recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
