The two main bedrooms have a portable air conditioning unit which worked fine. The outside steps that you use to enter the back door need to be replaced. "We selected this cottage for its beautiful location and awesome photos depicting a very amiable and comfortable look. Photos however never tell the true story. I will start with the PROS: Location and vista are absolutely amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and as a chef I was pleased with all equipment and variety as well. All appliances worked well. "The property was just as described. It was easy to check in, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and porch and having meals around the big dining table. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. "
