Description of the apartment:
Two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A high chair and cot are available upon request. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Minimum stay: 61 nights — ideal for remote work.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Failure to comply may result in a financial penalty.

❌ Parties and events are not allowed.

-Access to the apartment:
Access to the apartment is by picking up the keys at our office, located at Argantonio Street No. 10, Office 1. Check-in is from 4:00 pm.

We will be happy to assist you during your stay with anything you may need. You can reach us at +34 656 56 18 58 to resolve any issue that may arise in the apartment.

Upon arrival, you will be required to complete and sign the accommodation form in accordance with current regulations.

Deposit:
You will need to pay a €300 deposit by credit/debit card as a security deposit, which will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after your departure.
