Awesome spot with a great host! Convenient location to the lake and Turkey Bay OHV, which was the main reason for our stay. The host was fantastic, and renting waverunners ended up being the highlight of the trip for the kids. The location was perfect — close to the highway, gas station, market, and liquor store for refreshments. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Loved it!

We had a great stay at 301 Tower House. The property was clean, and the views are incredible! We were going to go to Florida but just could not face the drive. So, here we got plenty of water views and were actually closer to the water than we would have been in Florida, and only a 4-hour drive from Berea. This house has roomy decks on every single level! And you can see the lake from all floors, from inside while cooking, watching TV, working on laptop:(, or just chilling. I really appreciate the modern touches and the decor that was nostalgic to the house's original family. The beachy/lakey (word?) paint colors in the house were so soothing and purposefully flowed throughout the entire home. The downstairs was really neat as well and I wished more family had been with us as they could have had their own space and privacy and deck! The gas stove worked so well, too! The shower in the primary bath was so wonderful - was like a massage. Lucas was very responsive. We will be back!

Amazing views of Barkley main channel!

Our weekend stay was wonderful! The house has wonderful views and balconies on all three levels! We enjoyed birdwatching (cardinals, woodpeckers, ducks, geese, eagles and more!) and lots of boats and barges on the lake. The sunset was incredible and the house was filled with everything we needed! Thanks so much for a wonderful time and for being a great host!

THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR

You cannot beat the view and every room had one. The host, Lucas, was very prompt and kind. The neighborhood is a quiet dead end street. We saw a bald eagle three times and that was the first time I've ever seen one so it was very exciting. The beds were comfortable. We are looking forward to coming back.

We loved our stay. Only had two issues. There were quite a few bugs in the lower level and we had no dish towels or dish clothes to clean and dry dishes. We had to use our hands or paper towels to wash dishes.

Excellent lake house with outstanding view.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The lake house has everything you would need for your stay. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the lake is beautiful. We had no issues with the house during our stay. The only thing i would address is the mattress in the master bedroom… it was a little passed it’s prime. I would definitely book this house again.

The property manager was excellent in responding to requests I made regarding items I needed like a new broom and such. What has not happened is the 2 day refund I've requested because my dog became sick and I cut my stay short by 2 days. I've still not heard from the owner about the refund! The house was right on the lake so the view was lovely. However, due to the large brush and debris that hasn't been cleaned at the edge of the lake, we didn't go down the steps into the water. It was way too risky! I'd suggest the bushes and debris be cleaned so access to the lake is available without walking down to the property managers house to get in the water. The property manager and his wife were friendly and accessible. We rented kayaks for the day at a very affordable price. I won't be going again because I'd like more access to water and a pool without driving to the state park for pool access.

Peaceful with gorgeous view

This house is perfect for spreading out and sitting outside on the back deck. Gorgeous views and access to the water. We also rented a boat from the host and that was our favorite day. We brought most of our food and everything we needed for meals was available. Saw lots of wildlife and the variety of birds is stunning. Would highly recommend for those looking to slow down and unwind.
