"After a long day of travel I went to the rental property. It was on a private road which was not plowed and it was difficult to find the house in the dark. The driveway nor the entrance of the house was cleared so I was standing in snow in tennis shoes trying to get the lock box open to obtain the keys. Upon entering the property it appeared the property had not been used recently. There were cob webs and there were things on the floor that were left from previous renters. Along with cheese...
