"DO NOT BOOK THIS!! Read below Booked a room advertised with floor-to-ceiling panoramic mountain views, but was checked into a room staring directly at a blank wooden wall and an air conditioner.  When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. "Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. "Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures."

"We were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. "Clean space and really nice location, beautiful views from the balcony"

"Excelente apartamento, muito confortável, apena so check-out que causou desconforto, pois o rapaz da limpeza chegou no horário correto, porém solicitei mais 15 minutos, pois me atrasei e ele ficou chateado. Enfim isso não macula a hospedagem. Inclusive deixei um trenó para criança, espero que o próximo hospede possa aproveitar. "
