"The property location was excellent! We walked to all the places we wanted to visit easily. The property is dated, could use some upgrades with the yellow chair (worn and ditry). The shower situation is not good. You have to sit in the tub and use the shower nozzle. We definitely needed more pillows. The 2 provided were quite thin. Otherwise, it was a good economical place to stay."

"For the first time, I am taking my time to write a detailed review. I wish the owner would take better care of the property, if they are planning to rent it out. When we arrived the AC, that was advertised, did not work and it was extremely hot inside. We opened the windows and tried to contact the property manager, and it took two hours to hear back. They provided instructions which included turning off the breaker for the whole apartment and turning it back one, as if we were electricians....

"I really loved staying here. The location is great - just a 15 min walk from the bus station and right in the heart of everything. The terrace is exactly as photographed and is wonderful. When I wasn't out exploring Aix, I spent most of my time on this terrace.
