La vista es maravillosa desde la terraza. Todo estaba muy limpio, la cocina muy bien equipada para tener una estadía placentera y cómoda. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de muchas playas y restaurantes. Los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina. Muy recomendado!

My family stayed at the condo over Christmas week. We had a fantastic visit. The ocean views are lovely at dawn and sunset. The condo was close to all the activities we wanted to do and removed enough for comfort. The building has had recent updates and is better even than the pictures depicted. I would highly recommend this as the perfect spot to stay while visiting the Gold Coast of Costa Rica!

Wonderful experience

This condo was fantastic for our 8 night stay in the Playa Flamingo area. The condo was superb and the views from the balcony patio overlooking the beautiful ocean were just amazing. Its very close to so many things to see and do from great restaurants to shopping and exploring. We really loved our stay here.

Loved everything about this place!

We had such a wonderful time at Flamingo Towers and KRAIN did a fantastic job helping to make this a very memorable experience. The condo and property were spotless and any issues we had were addressed promptly, they also arranged for a professional driver to bring our family from the airport due to a delay at 1am. We are so grateful for this amazing place and hope to be back sometime soon.

1 week stay in Aug 2022

We stayed for one week. I have 2 older parents and the elevator was great to have. The patio was where they spent most of their time just relaxing. The view is spectacular!!! I would highly recommend 4x4 vehicle to get up the hill to access property - you almost need a vehicle unless you are open to walking 15+ min. There is one designated parking spot. Playa flamingo is a 6-9 minute drive away (you can drive up or down the hill to access). Playa Brasalito is about the same distance in the other direction. There is laundry in the unit. This was a perfect stay for us and met all of our needs, relaxation for some and access to beaches and adventure for others. Would highly recommend Flamingo Towers!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Flamingo Towers. This unit is on the 4th of 5 floors. We had an excellent view of the glorious sunsets. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was very spacious and virtually everything we needed was provided. The unit was also spotless. The property manager did not provide laundry detergent and when I emailed to request some, they did not respond. This was a little disappointing, but it did not prevent us from enjoying our time there. We enjoyed both pools. A few of the chairs were broken and need to be replaced. Overall our stay was excellent. We were so impressed with how quiet this location is. One thing I would recommend is the owner install a screen door at the entrance. This would decrease the need for air conditioning. I’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was very comfortable for our family, the pools were fantastic and we appreciated the beach chairs and boogey boards which we used daily. The location was great, easy access to both Flamingo beach and Brasalito beach with a short drive (parking is no problem), although we also walked to both for some exercise (very steep hill). They are very different beaches, although both are among the most beautiful I've seen, and we enjoyed exploring both. We liked getting drinks at Coco Loco at Flamingo beach and we enjoyed more local food options in Brasalito. Great condo and vacation, I'd highly recommend.

Overall, a great experience. It was very clean, and such a great view. We quickly noticed a horrible stench in the condo, like a septic leak. It was coming from the drain in the laundry room, so we kept that door closed. After that, not a concern. Doing laundry is not a pleasant experience, but it's maybe nothing anyone can do about it, except covering that drain with some kind of seal. Otherwise, a great time...awesome view. Just such a relaxing and fun time. Would suggest to anyone!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tony our property manager was wonderful. He always promptly returned our messages and was very helpful. We have stayed in many condo rentals in Costa Rica and this was our least favorite. The views were spectacular, however, the condo felt more like a hotel room. It was very plain and did not feel warm and welcoming. We were provided with 1 small hotel size bar of soap which we had to locate in the 2nd bathroom. There were only 2 wash clothes. The soap in the bathroom was so cheap it was like water and did not lather at all. There were no extra trash bags so our garbage was overflowing by the time we left. The condo needs a new coat of paint at minimum to spruce up the appearance. Flamingo Towers in general is a nice building and the grounds are beautifully maintained.

Everything was immaculate. The balcony is huge and lovely. The views are spectacular.The parking spaces are a little tight but nothing of any great challenge.Loved this well equipped and clean condo - everything you could need ConsMaster shower /bath tub walk up and over a big step - not great- not that much water flow and not super hotNo tea kettle Microwave in awkward location To AccessThere is really no shade of any kind at either pool and the pool chairs are those awful white plastic ones with no cushion. The pools got very warm given how super hot it is and so we’re not as enjoyable as if they had been a little cooler. I think it was some days 42°c in the sun !!!!No other amenities at the condo so no gym, no other facilities other than two small pools with no shade that you had to walk down some fairly steep stairs to get to after walking through the parking garage.The road to the condo building is a big problem. We were there in very dry season but there are some really big rats that literally sway a passenger from one side of the vehicle to the other. Overall we loved this condo and would go back in a moment. Flamingo beach is really lovely where you are not bothered hardly at all and renting a cabana near Coco Loco at a cost of maybe $20 US for the day for the cabana and two chairs worked out really great when we want it a beach day. There were enough good restaurants in the area to satisfy us and a couple of small grocery stores although no gas station in playa flamingo.Overall highly recommend but the road to the condo really suggest you need an SUV as it is very very bumpy and rutted in places- hard to see those ruts at night

Perfect paradise, highly recommend!

We’ve visited Costa Rica many times, but this was our first time staying in Flamingo (usually stay in Tamarindo). I must say- the unit is as beautiful as the pictures and the view is unbeatable! You get nice ocean breezes from the patio, which is a nice size and has comfortable furniture. It’s not walking distance to the beach, but it’s only a couple minute drive down the hill and Flamingo beach is much less crowded other nearby beaches and you don’t get constantly harassed by vendors trying to sell you things. Communication with the property manager was great. The A/C unit didn’t seem to be working properly when we arrived, but after contacting our assigned concierge, they sent a tech to fix it the following morning (thanks Oliver). We will definitely be returning and plan to recommend this place to friends!

Awesome Place, loved it!

Just as the pictures showed. Amazing sunsets from the deck, plenty of room for both couples. Kitchen was very nice, easy access to several beaches and in general was so impressed with Costa Rica.
