The hosts David and Lori were great to work with in every way. The pool was perfect with an ocean view. Lots of very friendly guests and residents who helped in many ways to make our vacation special. The condo was clean and comfortable with a new king bed and very nice linens. We would love to come back.

Our hosts David his wife are the best. The condo is perfect with all amenities available especially the washer/dryer. We have a beautiful ocean view & the place is walkable to shops, restaurants & the new Flamingo marina. We will definitely stay in this condo the next time we’re in town. Great host and awesome views!

The condo is in great condition, had all the utensils that you could need, the unit is very quiet and near the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, could have hung out there for weeks.

Beautiful ocean view condo

David, was very helpful and offered phone numbers of shuttle drivers. He also offered to book our Covid test but luckily we didn’t end up needing one. Condo was fully stocked, clean, and just what i expected if not even nicer. Pool was clean, big and refreshing. Not busy either. Highly recommend booking with David.

Private and comfortable

Me and my wife had a wonderful time at this condo. We would sit and look at the water every morning from the living room. The two pools where excellent, one for my morning swim the other for sunset views. We will be back!

wonderful area, fantastic beach, great host

Condo is on lower floor with no outdoor patio or balcony like the upper floors, but the pool is just steps away with a beautiful view of Flamingo beach area. Our friendly host David also lives in the building and was always available to help with any problems or questions that might arise. The beaches are just a short walk as are many restaurants and a grocery store. It was our first visit to the Flamingo area and we'll definitely be back!

Trip of a Lifetime

After working with David for over a year to secure a trip to Costa Rica, we can very confidently say that he is truly the best person we’ve ever worked with. My husband and I were originally planning to go to Costa Rica for our honeymoon in August of 2020 and his condo was seemed perfect. David was always a great communicator right from the start and helped us with the logistics of our trip. Unfortunately, once we got closer August, the borders shut down due to Covid. David ended up giving us a full refund which was extremely kind given the short notice. Fast forward to the beginning of 2021, we still wanted to make our trip happen and we reached out to David in March, who was extremely accommodating. He explained every requirement needed to get into the country and then back into the U.S. He even arranged a transportation service to take us to and from the airport (with a grocery stop on the way to the condo). We then booked our trip and he clarified questions we had when scheduling our covid tests and with buying travel health insurance. We couldn’t have done this trip successfully without David. Even as a pretty experienced international traveler, I still felt unsure of planning a trip like this post-pandemic and was so glad to have him as an expert to guide me. When we got to David’s condo, he was there to greet us and show us around. We were amazed by the gorgeous view of the ocean right from the condo and absolutely loved the two pools in the facility. The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was spacious and literally a 3-4 min walk from the beach. We had asked about activities/excursions beforehand and David had said that he would have Ricardo (from Tico Adventure Tours, who we highly recommend as well!) meet us at our condo upon our arrival. Ricardo was very kind and accommodating as well, ultimately scheduling a Waterfalls, Sloths and Blue Lagoon tour for us (with tour guide Cristian) which was the highlight of our trip. He also was able to schedule a couples massage for us in the condo which was very relaxing. David was extremely accommodating during our stay, offering to drive us to our covid tests if we didn’t have a ride and ended up taking us to an ATM when we needed more cash. We are beyond thankful for his help, guidance and patience with us as we finally made our trip to Costa Rica happen. We HIGHLY recommend staying at his condo for the trip of a lifetime!!

Best Host Ever at a Beautiful Condo!

This condo has everything you will need and lots of beach stuff and boogie boards...even a cooler for a great afternoon at the beach! Beautiful pools and lots of privacy. Great condo and view

Beautiful sunsets right out our door. Clean condo, well equipped(beach towels, spices, dishes etc)AC and very comfortable queen bed. Steps away from a wonderful pool and view. Walkable to Playa Flamingo and Potrero beach as well as many wonderful restaurants and markets. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Costa Rica.

Great unit and well located

We enjoyed staying in Playa Flamingo and exploring the area on our rented golf cart. The unit was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to several beautiful beaches and the sunset view.

Amazing Hospitality and Location

Everything about this place was amazing from the beginning to the end. The view was amazing and the place was well stocked. Dave met us late upon arrival and gave us the info about the area and place. The pool had a great view of the ocean. The town of Flamingo was one of our favorites. Only concern for someone might be the stairs to get to the place, but once inside, the stairs and walk was all worth it. Thanks so much and we would love to return.
