  • Villa Fugata: This truly spectacular one-of-a-kind home is a brand new awe-inspiring 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom luxury home that sits directly oceanfront on a cliff perched 100 feet above the pacific Ocean. Each bedroom features its own full bathroom, high end beds/linens, and spectacular décor and finishes. The property features A/C throughout and boasts a few different private decks on both levels including a private 2nd level deck that sits perched above the ocean. The beautiful infinity edge pool will leave you refreshed and relax as you take in the truly breathtaking 180 degree views above the waves, beaches, coves and estuaries of gorgeous Playa Flamingo!

    The kitchen has been designed for the discerning food lover, with Professional stainless equipment, refrigerator, wine cooler, oven, dishwasher and gas cooktop stove. There is also a washer and dryer, phone, WiFi and cable TV. All of this is intermingled with the spacious living area with ample seating and is a space that seamlessly blends from indoors to outdoors with an open air concept. Relax on the sunset terrace, enjoy the sundeck on your chaise lounge or just take a seat and overlook the infinity pool as the picture perfect sunset spectacle happens daily. Nature abounds around Villa Fugata including monkeys, birds, iguanas, butterflies, and even whales in season!

We love the location of this property. Very good communication and so helpful to make sure you have the best stay. We enjoyed the massages that were arranged for us and the staff that cleans the pool and pool deck each day are so hardworking. This was our second trip and hopefully we will return again someday.

The host is absolutely amazing and acts like a personal concierge helping to arrange private tours, private chefs, in-house massage. The works! The cleaning lady is awesome, and she will do laundry. The grounds crew cleans the outside ant the pool each day. We absolutely loved this trip! Totally fantastic all the way around.

Absolutely unforgettable stay at Villa Fugata. We absolutely loved our time at this home and were truly sad to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the house, the attention to detail, and how welcoming everything felt.The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The pool area was stunning and incredibly well cared for, and the extra amenities made such a difference — pool toys, games, books, and thoughtful touches like beach bags that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Bilitis went above and beyond. She is incredibly kind, accommodating, and was extremely easy to work with. She is simply the best and made our stay extra special, we were quite impressed with the fact that there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate brought up to the house on my birthday.The location of the house is perfect with gorgeous views, close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Costa Rica and would not hesitate to stay here again. Great house and location

We had an amazing stay! The property had everything we needed and more — we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My partner and I stayed here and it was AMAZING. The property was just as beautiful in person as it was in photos. From check-in to check-out it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended and we will be returning in the future!

The stay was incredible! The Infiniti pool was very nice. And the sunset was beautiful. The rooms were nice. The only concern were bugs but overall it was great.

This property is absolutely amazing! The views, rooms and pools are top notch. Highly recommend booking a golf cart, it made life a lot easier than getting in the car all time. 10/10 would recommend this property.

Bilitis was such a great host and helped get everything set up. While we were there the property was cleaned daily, and our family was able to relax and feel at home the entire time! Can’t wait to come back!
