We stayed 4 night here...the house was lovely. Beds/pillows were comfortable and linens were nice. House was well stocked with amenities and kitchen/bath necessities. There were chairs and towels provided for the beach which was a nice a surprise. The neighborhood felt very safe as there is a guarded gate entrance. We would definitely stay here again! Super comfortable! As mentioned in previous reviews the concierge was helpful but a bit hard to get a hold of prior to our stay...on day of checkin I still hadn't heard from anyone regarding checkin details or address of the house even though I had messaged the day prior. We finally did get a response a few hours before checkin and everything went smoothly after that. They were very responsive once we made first contact.

Our stay at Mar Vista was absolutely amazing. Our family of six stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025. The home was super clean, everything worked, it had everything we needed to cook our own meals each day, and we all loved being in the pool or on the patio reading, playing games, eating, etc... Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal were short drives from the house and we went to the beach every day. An amazing house that we would stay at again in a heartbeat. We had so much fun at the actual house that we didn't even go to the community pool or use any of the community ammenities. I'm sure they were great. It was great to be in a gated community with security guards and everything too so we didn't worry about being safe.

Property was great with the view. Layout of the house was perfect. Concierge was also great, sometimes a bit hard to get ahold of but replies and information was great. Only suggestion for the owner of the house is to get more water pressure in the showers.

my wife and I took our four teenage kids for a week to this property. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Great location, close to fantastic beaches, restaurants and the view was unbeatable. Sunsets from the back patio will be a highlight for many years to come!

Tucked in a gorgeous gated community that overlooks several beaches, this well-kept property will not disappoint! It’s really beautiful-all the little touches are done right and it’s really kept up as well as any rental home/condo we’ve ever stayed at. There’s also a ton of great beaches and restaurants nearby. The management team was very thorough and responsive- the only note we would have is that as guests we thought we should be notified when workers would be arriving to do their jobs. It was a bit disconcerting to be less dressed and see a pool worker 15” away unannounced or come back after a few hours to this remote space and find a worker on a cycle on his phone not letting us know his purpose for being there. Aside from that, totally amazing time and place.

2 Couples, both celebrating our 20th anniversaries, enjoyed this amazing house on a recent trip. The host Alex couldn't have been more helpful and the house was everything it looked like on the site. The pool was amazing, the kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and the view was amazing. Can't say enough great things about this place and this host. Alex fed us information about the location and the surrounding options for entertainment and while our stay was too short, it was a great way to celebrate! Pura Vida

The Casa de los Suenos is a great house for families and multiple couples (the third bedroom, as seen in the pictures, is bunk beds). We found it very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the multiple living areas of the house, like the multiple dining areas and the outside seating areas. Knowing it would be warm, we also spent a lot of time in the pool to relax. The team was great in their communication and provided all the information before our arrival. It is located within a gated community and offers hiking paths, a tennis court and a community pool in addition to the house pool. Also in the community is Gracia Mar Vista, a wonderful restaurant with great food options if you don't want to venture out.

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and comfortable… it was very nice to get a mid-week cleaning included with our visit. Alexa was super helpful in answering all of our questions - she helped arrange a rental car and schedule an ATV tour, gave us some dining recommendations… we really appreciated her assistance! Cooked two great meals at home - the fish market in Brasilito is not to be missed and we enjoyed fresh mahi and red snapper, shrimp… so good! The entire family enjoyed the pool and our only suggestion might be to trim the bushes a little more so you can take in the gorgeous view while floating in the pool. Overall an amazing vacation and we hope to return one day soon!

The location of Mar Vista and our unit was amazing. It fit the 4 adults in our group just right. It met all of our needs, and was convenient to restaurants, the local market, shopping and the beach, etc. We also felt very safe during our stay. The view is also very beautiful from the pool including sunrise and sunset! We felt welcomed by the staff at Mar Vista, and by the Blue Zone staff as well. The unit was clean upon our arrival and it was cleaned one time during our stay. The unit is stocked well with everything you will need including a secure safe. Alexa from Blue Zone Experience was spot-on with communication, services, information, and any questions we had. She was so prompt, courteous, and professional. We even had the opportunity to meet her which was truly an honor! Alexa made our vacation the absolute best. I would highly recommend Blue Zone, and Alexa as your contact! We would love to return to Costa Rica and if so, we would love to stay again in Mar Vista at a Blue Zone unit, with Alexa as our contact. Thank you, Alexa! Pura Vida~

The home is really beautiful, clean and well stocked. We rented a GPS from the car rental and could not find the home address. Tried multiple different ways of entering the address and the GPS kept saying "unable to find". Due to being from the US we did get the international plan on smart phone to use maps. However we also had trouble with that. Finally entered Gracia restaurant which is in the same gated community as this home, Mar Vista. On our way to the home we were on a dirt really bumping road and the road came to what looked like a river. We thought for sure we were lost. We were going to turn around and a car came up behind us, so we moved ovet to allow that car to pass us. The car drove right through the river which was over the top if their tires. So we also crossed and a little further there was another water crossing. So glad the car came up behind us. So I want to let future US travels a heads up. Also we rented a 4 X 4 truck through orbitz, from SIXT rental company, and purchased the insurance through Orbitz. When we got the rental truck of course they asked about insurance. I told him I bought insurance and he asked to see it, so I showed it to him. And he said "that insurance is not good in Costa Rica". So not wanting to take any chances I purchased SIXT insurance for 38 a day. When I got to were there was internet, I checked and the insurance I bought for 88 for the whole week through Orbitz WAS good. SCAM at SIXT. Again a heads up for future travelers.

We loved staying at Casa De Los Suenos. The house is beautiful and was set-up nicely for two couples. The kitchen was stocked well to cook at the home. Alexa was amazing and very responsive on any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as it felt very safe (we walked daily) and has amazing views. Make sure to check out Gracia on your visit. The view is to die for and the owners are amazing. The best meal we had on our trip. They also have a pizza place around the corner, which was great. We had wished we had checked out the area around Conchal a little earlier. A few things to consider on the house. They needed to trim the hedges a little more to see the ocean from the pool but you could see it from the house and deck. The beds are on the firm side, which had mixed reviews with our group. They had plenty of pool towels but we brought out own floats and glad we did. I would go back again! We had an amazing time.

We absolutely loved this house, it had everything we needed, view was incredible, beautiful home inside and out, very comfortable beds as well! Alexa was the absolute BEST! I had so many questions and she answered me immediately every time and was so kind. She even went out of her way by assisting us with our car and taking us to see some monkeys!

First time visitors to Costa Rica, and we had a lovely time. This house is located in a gated community and was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a market about 8 minutes away. There were pool towels available. The house was beautiful and pool was amazing. The property managers were very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend this house!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Casa De Los Suenos. The home was perfect for our family of 4 from the moment you walk through the front door. Our daughters enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool daily and we enjoyed the view of Playa Flamingo. The house was well equipped with all of our needs and was extremely comfortable and clean. Alexandra was very responsive and helped when we needed assistance with something at the house. The area is beautiful and safe including onsite security. We also enjoyed there was an alarm system for when we left the house. Overall we would recommend this rental and really enjoyed living the Pura Vida!

We loved everything about this house. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. It's nice to stay within Mar Vista. It is a safe area with security. It felt like we had a private oasis. Our favorite thing was drinking coffee on the patio in the morning. The view is perfect with the birds chirping. Communication with Abby was fantastic. She helped us schedule activities and was available to help us if needed. We would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Costa Rica. It was recommended to us to stay in Playa Flamingo and we are glad we listened. It was a great central location. Check out Playa Conchal. It was our favorite beach. Our favorite restaurants were Hemingways, Sentindo Norte (for a more high end experience), El tiki for meat tacos, Pico Bistro in Tamarindo and Surfbox in Flamingo for brunch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mar Vista. The house is very modern and the layout is great; with the kitchen/dining/living leading out to the covered patio space and infinity pool. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms very nice (including sunken shower in master bedroom). The infinity pool and restaurant at the main building of the gated community were both excellent too. Would absolutely stay again.

This property was the last out of 4 we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Costa Rica. Although it lacked a bit of the uniqueness and charm that we experienced at some of the other properties, it delivered on consistency and dependability. The house is relatively new. We felt that the A/C and air quality was very good. There was ample space and great hot water. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the back patio. Our kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with the exception of needing new pans. (And we cook quite a bit on vacation.) One of the BEST features was Alexandra, our property manager/contact. She was amazing. Always available to answer questions or address concerns. I do believe they include a mid-stay cleaning, which is a bonus as long as you are aware. Some considerations to take the experience to the next level: new pans (stainless steel to prevent scratching), new beach chairs, and replacing both bath and beach towels more frequently. Overall great stay and a very dependable and spacious option.

My partner and I rented this property from April 12-21. It was as advertised, with beautiful views, and we had an amazingly restful break. NOTES - house is modern and recently built (no signs of any wear and tear) - very comfortable bedding and furniture - great pool with level depth l (so no worries about having to navigate a deep end if you are a non-swimmer) - ocean views from the house and the outside pool area were great (though the positioning of the property meant we could “only” see part of the bay and no open ocean) - kitchen had a full array of large and small appliances, and was very well stocked with cooking essentials - coffee maker had permanent filter (so no need to buy paper filters at grocery store) - speaking of groceries, the local store (5 minute drive) had everything we needed, including a decent selection of wine, beer and liquor; in retrospect, we could have skipped the Walmart in Liberia before heading to the property - bathrooms were well-appointed and large showers could easily accommodate two people (if that’s of interest) - Alexandra, our concierge from Blue Zone Experience, was extremely responsive and helpful - restaurant within the gated community (Gracia at Mara Vista) had incredible food, truly great service, and amazing views - two great beach villages within 8 minute drive - while the security guards we interacted with at gate house didn’t speak much English, they were very friendly and efficient
