WOW!

The house and grounds were beyond beautiful! Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The view, absolutely gorgeous. Beach was beautiful and very quiet on our end. Felt as though it was a private beach. We rented a golf cart and organized it last minute with the concierge and it was there waiting for us soon after checking in. Next time I would rent a car instead. Sun set by 6 p and golf cart not the safest at night on some of the roads. Definitely need a car or golf cart if you plan on excursions and restaurants at night. The only not perfect piece was the tv. No channels and the connection to streaming services kept disconnecting and we could not watch anything on rainy nights, but that was not our purpose for being there, but it would have been nice to have a couple of times. Staff very friendly and special shout out to Jose who set out the towels. He was next level. Would definitely stay here again, no question.

Breathtaking views

This property was exactly as pictured. Right on the beach and gated resort with security. My kids and family had a blast at the pool and beach. The villa was fully equipped and had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location

The villa was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The amenities made it feel like a perfect combination of a hotel and rental property The boogie boards/kayaks/paddle boards were waiting for us whenever we needed them. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, but it's also a short walk to Coco Loco for great food and sunsets, or you can have it delivered to your patio via room service! We will definitely be back!

Stunning place

I’ve been in Costa Rica several times and I can attest that this is the best place that I have ever stayed close to the beach. You have everything that you need from gym, room service to an amazing restaurant nearby. The property is extremely comfortable and not to talk about the view. I will definitely will stay there again

Beautiful Condo, Lack of Responsibility

This is a gorgeous condo on a beautiful property. We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately the last day we were there the water was completely shut off and we all ended up getting sick. I communicated the problem with the management company and they said there was a leak. They had them deliver a big container of water right before we checked out. We did not have use of a toilet, shower or any kind of water. They did not take any responsibility for that. They said it was not their fault and so no had no sense of responsibility for that. I have two Vrbo‘s that I rent out myself, and if anybody had had this bad of an experience I would have taken some responsilbilty. They offered a small refund, but it was too little too late.

Peaceful, Private and Luxurious

The unit and property was exactly as presented and shows wonderful pride of ownership and attention to guest needs. Excellent location ON the beach and a wonderful staff at The Palms. Definitely plan to return.

Palms at Playa Flamingo

Great property and staff. Wonderful beach front in more laid back area of Costa Rica’s Gold Coast. However, be careful of quite active and aggressive jet ski operators who come way too close to swimming areas. This activity needs some structure and regulation.

Playa Flamingo Palms Villa 3

Gorgeous villa on the beach! Well appointed, well maintained unit steps away from the beautiful infinity pool and the beach. Super well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Note: unit has 3 full bathrooms - 1 downstairs and two upstairs. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. Sofa pullout in the living room. Unit comfortably sleeps 4-6. Excellent service at all times. Massage / spa services available on the beach.

As Advertised!!

The property was as advertised! Beautiful 2 bedroom villa that provided enough space for our family of 4. The villa was extremely clean and the location of villa to the beach was amazing...probably 75 feet from the beach and very close to the infinity pool as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The complex was very close to a lot of local restaurants. A few restaurant recommendations would be: The Surf Box and alonico for breakfast and Angelinas and La Forketta for dinner. As an FYI the route to the complex from the airport is a little journey and at times we felt we might be heading the wrong direction but we eventually made our way to the complex. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. I would definelty stay at the villa again and would recommend Villa 3 to anyone interested!!

The Palms 3

The condo was beautiful! It was very comfortable and perfect for our family. The staff at the Palms were very attentive and friendly. We loved our time in Playa Flamingo! We hoped to have use of some folding beach chairs to take down to sit on the beach as advertised in the listing, but there weren't any available in the condo to use. There were plenty of lounge chairs on the property but sometimes it's nice to sit right on the beach.
