    Esta casa de estilo mediterráneo, con 6 dormitorios más 1 apartamento, es perfecta para alojar cómodamente hasta 14 personas. Solo 15 escalones te separan de la suave arena blanca de una de las playas más bonitas de Costa Rica: Flamingo.



    El espacio:

    La casa está situada justo enfrente de la playa de Flamingo y rodeada de una exuberante vegetación, lo que te hará sentir inmerso en este precioso paisaje. Los techos abovedados de madera crean un ambiente acogedor que te invita a relajarte y disfrutar. Los colores suaves y las amplias ventanas están pensadas para dejar entrar la luz natural y llenar la casa con la brisa tropical.



    La casa cuenta con un dormitorio principal en la planta superior con vistas al mar; tiene una cama king size, un salón con un televisor inteligente con televisión por cable y un amplio baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje. En la planta baja encontrarás cinco dormitorios más: uno con una cama de matrimonio grande y su propio baño completo, dos dormitorios con una cama de matrimonio grande cada uno que comparten un baño completo, y otros dos dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno que también comparten un baño completo. Totalmente independiente de la casa hay un apartamento de un dormitorio con una cama king-size, zona de estar y baño completo. Todos ellos cuentan con colchones y ropa de cama de primera calidad para que descanses muy cómodamente y te despiertes como nuevo. ¿Necesitas una cuna de viaje? ¡No hay problema! Solo tienes que ponerte en contacto con nuestro equipo de conserjería para que te la preparen. Ten en cuenta que están sujetos a disponibilidad y conllevan un cargo adicional.



    Entre las comodidades, disfrutarás de una piscina infinita con vistas a la playa; el puerto deportivo Flamingo Marina se encuentra en el extremo sur de la bahía. La casa está lo suficientemente cerca de todo; el restaurante Coco Loco, uno de los mejor valorados, está a solo 500 metros.



    Hay wifi de alta velocidad gratis en todas partes. La casa está totalmente equipada para que disfrutes de unas vacaciones estupendas e incluye tumbonas, una nevera portátil y toallas de playa, además de productos de cortesía como café, especias, aceite de cocina, champú y jabón.



    Encontrarás la combinación perfecta de diversión y relajación que buscas para tus vacaciones de ensueño. Casa de la Playa es, sin duda, el lugar ideal.

    Se admiten mascotas

    ¡Tu perro es más que bienvenido en este alojamiento! Si quieres viajar con tu querido amigo de cuatro patas, hay tres reglas básicas:

    - Se requiere un depósito adicional reembolsable de 500 $ por si se produjeran daños.



    - Tendremos que limpiar un poco más después de que tu mascota haya estado aquí, por eso se aplica un suplemento de limpieza de 75 $.



    - Además, tu mascota debe pasar por un proceso de aprobación previa.

Beautiful location

Best location, view and beach. Plenty of space for our group of 14. Property needs a few repairs but still worth the visit. Daily maids and round the clock security. We thoroughly loved our stay!

Relaxing Couple Of Days

We stayed for 4 nights at this amazing location right on the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful Flamingo beach and other beaches near by… we even had massages at the house on the upper balcony!!

Perfect loacation

Great house with prime location on the beach and wonderful pool. Very clean with lots of space for large groups. Alexandra the host was SUPER helpful for any questions before and during our stay. Chef Karen is highly recommended! Would stay here again for sure

Amazing beach front view

We had 10 adults and four kids for a week at Casa de la Playa. Everything was wonderful - including the Property management team at Blue Zone Experience. Five stars

The location & the people are what make this place amazing! Like other reviews mentioned, the house is older & could benefit from some updates. But the daily housekeeping service keeps it very clean & the 24 hour security/maintenance is there in case any issues come up. They were all wonderful & very helpful! Our host, Alex, was amazing to work with before & during our stay. She answered all my questions, helped us coordinate activities, golf cart rentals (highly recommend for exploring the nearby areas), & the fabulous singing chef Karen who came to the house to make a couple meals for our family. The location was perfect for relaxing in the pool with the best view of the ocean. The beach was just steps away & made for a quick route to Coco Loco. The house was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, floaties for the pool, Bluetooth speakers, & a/c units in each room. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation to our favorite spot

This is the second time we have stayed here with our entire family. This time it was 14 of us including four generations. It was a great trip, and the on-site staff are great. They cleaned the house every day, and there was always a caretaker on site to help our or watch the house. One of the gentlemen even helped me change a flat tire on one of our cars. Just a spectacular location, setting, and property.

Best location on Playa Flamingo

This is a great property and location, just a few steps to a wonderful beach. The pool is great, and house layout works really well. We were there end of season, and the property could benefit from some basic maintenance, but nothing serious. Communication with the property manager was good when booking, not so good during our post-booking / early planning phase, then excellent and responsive in the week or so before we arrived and until we left. For the listing, I suggest including a picture of the floor plan, so that it’s a bit easier to understand the actual layout of rooms. We were an extended family group of 13 adults, in April 2024. The walk to Coco Locos and Playa Flamingo for restaurants and basic shopping was enjoyable. We highly recommend this property and absolutely would consider returning with a similar group.

Absolutely Amazing Getaway from it all!

I went with family and friends. The property is perfect for getting together in common areas AND having privacy or a place to go crash when you want a little quiet. All bedrooms and suites have their own exterior door which I didn't completely gather from the online profile, but I did love. It's literally on the beach. Fantastic views walking along the beach at sunset. We were lucky enough to have both calm and a little more adventurous days of surf. Restaurants within walking distance as well as stores and people selling their souveniers and offering massages on the beach. :-) I really can't say enough about the house "keepers" as they call them. Alonso, Stephen, and of course our main contact Alex were all amazing. Above and beyond, each of them. I will be visiting Costa Rica again and will more than likely be staying at the same place if I'm lucky enough to book it in time!

Great location and staff!

Our party consisted of 13 people, ranging from young kids, teenagers, and adults. Everyone had a fantastic time and this property provides something for everyone. We enjoyed an awesome meal at the house prepared by the Singing Chef, playing in the waves at the beach, evenings in the pool, excellent sunset dinners at Coco Loco, a private catamaran cruise, golf, fishing, and a jet ski tour that included cliff jumping and caves. And we never ventured further than a 15-minute golf cart drive from the house. We loved the direct access to the beach and found Playa Flamingo to be less crowded than Tamarindo. Alexandra and the rest of the staff were extremely attentive to everything we asked for.

Beautiful Location

The location of the house is epic. Gorgeous ocean steps away and the views are phenomenal. The house set up is a bit awkward and the common area was small for our group of 12. But the great service with the conceirge who arranged all of our excursions as well as everything else made up for it.

Amazing Location....right on the beach.

This house is in one of the best spots Costa Rica....right at the end of a beautiful beach. The location is prime, but the house is pretty tired and worn. They need new sheets and bedding. I loved sitting in the pool and watching my son and friends surf. We sat on the balcony and had dinner as a family. This is a spectacular location.

✌🏼 Thank you for the great service, accommodations and the location is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to enjoy steps to the beach, soft sand on their feet and breathtaking sunsets! Coco Loco was a delightful surprise for dining and drinks.

This property was older but amazing!

Our family was in paradise for a week! There was plenty of room for 9 adults. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool and upkeep of the property was impeccable. There were some ants and some animals in the guest house ceiling that made quite a noise at 1:00 a.m. The water was also very temperamental. Overall, we loved Casa De Playa! A few upgrades would add to the beauty of the house, view, and beach!!

Amazing Stay!

We had a group of 12- 6 adults and 6 kids and we had a fabulous time at this property. Having beach access and a pool right there made the day full of fun in the sun. We had a chef make us breakfast everyday. Highly recommend Karen. The only negative was that we had issues with a few of the showers. The shower barely worked in the 1 bedroom apartment and the shower did not work in the upstairs master if someone below was taking a shower at the same time. We made it work. The listing also says it comes with 4 kayaks. Only 1 kayak is in working condition. I would highly recommend this property. You’ll have a wonderful time.
