    Here’s a Pedregal estate of distinction and style, with sumptuous views that are only matched by the classic decor within. Its 8,000 square feet are illuminated by sweeping vistas of the Sea of Cortez, afforded by the villa’s wondrously wide windows and high-ceilinged opulence. Three of its four suites have private baths, balcony terraces, and those sensational views.

    But much of your time will be spent outside this lovely home—the appealing pool, with its companion jacuzzi, will grant you ample access to luxuriating in the bounteous Baja sun. There are plenty of chairs for lounging about, as well as patio dining, perhaps on a fresh fish dish from the gas barbecue.

We will 100% be back. The house location is perfect, the view is amazing and the entire Cabo Villas staff is professional! We LOVED our stay!! Don’t hesitate this place is paradise!

Amazing view incredible staff

Absolute astonishing view of Cabo from a villa with all the amenities. The staff was awesome from concierge to in-home meals. Anything we needed was at our disposal.

Amazing Villa with awesome views of Marina

Everything was wonderful. We had a blast. Pablo was a great host and was available 24/7. The chefs made great meals and everything was made fresh. The rooms are huge and the Villa was very spacious. We will definitely stay there again!!

Great stay

Pictures don't do justice! The view is beyond incredible. House was cleaned every day except Sunday and the concierge was extremely helpful. Well worth it!

Awesome property perched above Cabo

This is probably the best house in Cabo. Epic view / patio / pool area. All of the bedrooms were really nice and big. Working with the the concierge Angel made it really easy to book anything while we were there. Only note is that it's not really walkable to town so you'll be taking a lot of taxis if you stay here. Not a big issue though - especially since it's pretty tempting to not leave the house anyways. Will stay here again.

Our group had a great stay at Villa Leonetti. The house has plenty of space and the concierge service was top notch. Highly recommend!

Cabo stay

We had a great experience with the staff and Cabo villa people. We had a bad time with the security service. We got held up at the gate almost every time we came back in from town. When I arrived we added everyone’s name to the list of people staying at the villa butt still had to call the staff to get security staff at the gate to let them in. I loved the villa butt hated the security at the gate. I’m actually coming back this month but not staying there bc of the problems getting in the gate. I would love someone to reach out if possible to discuss changes to the security access at the gate.

Wonderful!

Our stay, start to finish, was incredible. The villa itself was just as beautiful, if not more, than the pictures. It was close to everything we could need - restaurants, nightlife, beach, shops, etc. Highly recommend for celebrations, holiday, or just because!

Great property!

We booked this villa for a bachelorette party and we loved it! Our concierge was extremely helpful. He was available at a moments notice for whatever we needed, even showed up with fresh margaritas and chips/salsa upon arrival. We were able to book a bartender for the day (highly recommend) and hung out at the gorgeous pool all day - killer view! They have 3 master bedrooms with HUGE bathrooms and the 4th bedroom was fine for 4 people. Everything was in working order and if we had any concerns our concierge was able to take care of it.

Best View!

Went out to have a relaxing weekend in the beautiful Cabo weather. Had a great time. Everything was just as it was advertised in this listing and Lola and Ivan showed great hospitality through Cabo Villas. We will be back for sure :)

It was a nice house and the views were amazing. I made a mistake and paid for the non refundable damage deposit through vrbo. The property management company will charge another damage deposit ontop.

Great Place

This was the second time I stayed at Leonetti. It's a great place for 3-4 people who all want their own room. There were three of us on a golf trip, we each effectively had our own master suite. The villa is easily accessible from the "back" Pedregal entrance, and has unique views of the marina and the valley. It also feels very private. We very much enjoyed our stay and will use the Villa again in the future.

House in poor repair

The house has amazing views of Cabo. There’s no question that if views are what you’re interested in that you will love Villa Leonetti. Unfortunately, the Villa has several HUGE problems. When our family goes to Cabo we like to eat out about half the time and cook half the time. We go to get groceries upon arrival. We discovered that the refrigerator does not cool properly when you fill the fridge with groceries (and the property management has no problem making you feel like a fool for actually thinking you can fill the fridge and expect it to work). Property managements solution for this is to give you coolers with ice to put groceries in. Not exactly what I expected for the cost of our stay. Also, the coolers were not provided until the following day so much of our meat, dairy and fish were no longer viable. The next issue is the bottom oven does not work at all and the top oven only works on the broil setting. So you can only use the oven if you’re cooking at 400 degrees or higher and only the top of your food gets cooked because the bottom heating element is broken. Again... no bueño!!! Cabo Villas (located in California only considers the property managers report and the report of the technician they send out). Interestingly, on our exit walk through with Angel (the property manager reporting the problems to Cabo Villas) he admitted to never having used an oven and not understanding the problem we experienced. The technician that came out (the third day of our stay) confirmed that the top oven only worked on the broil setting (400 degrees or higher) and the lower oven did not work at all. When asking for some sort of refund due to the fact that we had to throw out groceries because of the refrigerator situation I was reimbursed for my groceries and given next to nothing for the complete headache that all this caused. Not my idea of a vacation! DONT STAY AT VILLA LEONETTI!

Top Notch Vacation at Villa Leonetti

The pictures didn't do the property justice. What an incredible home to be able to call ours for 4 days. The view was out of this world, we just couldn't get over how we felt on top of the world. No details had been spared and any and everything we could ever want was only a text away. I planned the vacation for my husband and I along with two other couples who would be joining. I was a little nervous being that I had never been there and we all had high hopes for the vacation. Villa Leonetti and Cabo Villas did not disappoint. If you are looking for a hassle free getaway in paradise, this place is just what the doctor ordered.

beyond my expectations

I just came back from this villa yesterday. Me and my friends went to celebrate my 30th birthday in Cabo. This villa was everything. View from the infinity pool is the best I've ever seen. The house itself was huge and tastefully decorated. Everything was top notch including the service. We cannot wait to come back!

Villa Leonetti and Cabovillas.com - Perfect...no joke...Perfect!

We chose this fantastic house for our annual guy trip (just 3 of us), and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We have stayed in the Pedregal area of Cabo before (incidentally, also booked through CaboVillas previously), and while the other property was fantastic in it's own way, Villa Leonetti took it up a few notches. From start to finish the process was effortless. Our stateside concierge, Eve, was very attentive and helpful. She got everything set up before hand so that when we arrived at the airport (at almost midnight due to an airline delay) our transport was waiting for us with a smile. Our Cabo concierge, Hector, really took it to the next level. We arrive at the villa at 1am, and there he was with a pitcher full of the best margarita any of us had ever had from his own family recipe. The house was immaculate, and the fridge was stocked with everything we had asked for. Hector gave us a comprehensive tour along with great suggestions on places to go in town. He was so friendly and genuine we settled into our vacation instantly. The bedrooms were all beautiful with big jacuzzi tubs and full balconies. Beds were super comfortable. The AC worked perfectly (which was great given that in August, it was HOT!!!). The sensation of moving from the living room out to the balcony and back was like scooting from the pool to the jacuzzi and back, bliss. The view from up there over the city and the ocean was like nothing I'd seen, and it was equally awesome, but totally different day vs. night. Occasionally, as I bounded up the stairs in the morning, and took in the view, I imagined a choir of hundreds as background "oooooohhhhhhhhhhh". The next morning, Hector had our rental car delivered to the villa, that's just how he rolls. I'm not sure if he has voicemail because he always picked up his phone. Even in the middle of the night when we were jonesing for pizza, he set it all up. He even offered to drive it up there himself, no joke. The whole experience was just...WOW!

AMAZING HOUSE!!

What an amazing property this is. I have stayed at the property two times with a large group of about 10 people both times. The views are unbelievable, the location is the fantastic(only about 8 min taxi to town), and the house is so private. Only one other house on the street and it is pretty far away. The house offers all amenities that one would want. The pool and hot tub is great. The living room has a huge sliding glass door so when its open the balcony and living room become one. I would stay at this place even if I were with a small group!
