Awesome property perched above Cabo

This is probably the best house in Cabo. Epic view / patio / pool area. All of the bedrooms were really nice and big. Working with the the concierge Angel made it really easy to book anything while we were there. Only note is that it's not really walkable to town so you'll be taking a lot of taxis if you stay here. Not a big issue though - especially since it's pretty tempting to not leave the house anyways. Will stay here again.

Amazing Villa with awesome views of Marina

Everything was wonderful. We had a blast. Pablo was a great host and was available 24/7. The chefs made great meals and everything was made fresh. The rooms are huge and the Villa was very spacious. We will definitely stay there again!!

Cabo stay

We had a great experience with the staff and Cabo villa people. We had a bad time with the security service. We got held up at the gate almost every time we came back in from town. When I arrived we added everyone’s name to the list of people staying at the villa butt still had to call the staff to get security staff at the gate to let them in. I loved the villa butt hated the security at the gate. I’m actually coming back this month but not staying there bc of the problems getting in the gate. I would love someone to reach out if possible to discuss changes to the security access at the gate.

Wonderful!

Our stay, start to finish, was incredible. The villa itself was just as beautiful, if not more, than the pictures. It was close to everything we could need - restaurants, nightlife, beach, shops, etc. Highly recommend for celebrations, holiday, or just because!

Great property!

We booked this villa for a bachelorette party and we loved it! Our concierge was extremely helpful. He was available at a moments notice for whatever we needed, even showed up with fresh margaritas and chips/salsa upon arrival. We were able to book a bartender for the day (highly recommend) and hung out at the gorgeous pool all day - killer view! They have 3 master bedrooms with HUGE bathrooms and the 4th bedroom was fine for 4 people. Everything was in working order and if we had any concerns our concierge was able to take care of it.

House in poor repair

The house has amazing views of Cabo. There’s no question that if views are what you’re interested in that you will love Villa Leonetti. Unfortunately, the Villa has several HUGE problems. When our family goes to Cabo we like to eat out about half the time and cook half the time. We go to get groceries upon arrival. We discovered that the refrigerator does not cool properly when you fill the fridge with groceries (and the property management has no problem making you feel like a fool for actually thinking you can fill the fridge and expect it to work). Property managements solution for this is to give you coolers with ice to put groceries in. Not exactly what I expected for the cost of our stay. Also, the coolers were not provided until the following day so much of our meat, dairy and fish were no longer viable. The next issue is the bottom oven does not work at all and the top oven only works on the broil setting. So you can only use the oven if you’re cooking at 400 degrees or higher and only the top of your food gets cooked because the bottom heating element is broken. Again... no bueño!!! Cabo Villas (located in California only considers the property managers report and the report of the technician they send out). Interestingly, on our exit walk through with Angel (the property manager reporting the problems to Cabo Villas) he admitted to never having used an oven and not understanding the problem we experienced. The technician that came out (the third day of our stay) confirmed that the top oven only worked on the broil setting (400 degrees or higher) and the lower oven did not work at all. When asking for some sort of refund due to the fact that we had to throw out groceries because of the refrigerator situation I was reimbursed for my groceries and given next to nothing for the complete headache that all this caused. Not my idea of a vacation! DONT STAY AT VILLA LEONETTI!

beyond my expectations

I just came back from this villa yesterday. Me and my friends went to celebrate my 30th birthday in Cabo. This villa was everything. View from the infinity pool is the best I've ever seen. The house itself was huge and tastefully decorated. Everything was top notch including the service. We cannot wait to come back!
