My family of five (2 adults daughters 16, 13 and 10) had an outstanding spring break at this property. We loved the pool - plenty of space, no trouble getting chairs if we were there by 8:30 or so, and drinks from the swim-up bar were easy to get and delicious. The beach was wonderful. My kids (and us parents) were able to swim no problem. The condo itself was so clean and had everything we needed for rest & relaxation. The balcony and its views were incredible. We grilled out and spent lots of time ocean-gazing or reading there. We walked to Medano Beach and spent most of the day there at Tabasco‘s with loungers and umbrellas at a reasonable price. Getting a taxi into town/marina cost us about 15 each way plus tip. Highly recommend this room and this resort for a relaxing trip - it was clean with beautiful views, had lovely staff, and was uncrowded even during spring break. FYIs: At check-in we were told we couldn’t use the sister resort pools, and we never ended up trying though we don’t think it would actually have been a problem. We booked a tour (snorkeling, which was great!) through the office at Del Palmar and it was so loud and crowded there we never went back to try the pools. Totally different vibe there. We never could find any beach volleyball so that was kind of a bummer. The ice cream shop across from the resort is the best deal on site. Great stay, thanks Ken!

Absolutely amazing stay in Cabo! The view was breathtaking and never got old—truly picture-perfect from morning to sunset. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully done. What really set this place apart, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful and clean condo- we will book again!

We really enjoyed this two bedroom condo at Villa Estancia. We were a family of four with two older teens. Owner was a great communicator and answered all my questions. Condo unit was clean, updated, and beautiful inside and out. It even had four bathrobes which we thought were a great touch. We loved the extra space of the family area and the huge balcony. It had an amazing ocean view. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed (except pot holders?). We cooked our breakfasts every day and a couple other meals. The only thing I would note that I did not realize when I booked was the master and living space was separated from the other bedroom by two doors that opened to the outside. This was not a problem for us and my teens actually preferred the extra “separation”. If I had little ones though I may think differently. I think you can see it on the floor plan but I didn’t pick up on it. We enjoyed the pool and amenities at estancia. We utilized the paddle boards and kayaks from the resort. We ate at a few restaurants and they were decent. Some overpriced. We found dining off property to be our favorite. Definitely make a reservation for Metate off resort. You won’t be disappointed. We also stopped at Walmart the first day and bought some essentials. The staff at the pool were attentive and the drinks and pool food were yummy! We will be back.

Love the resort!

Lovely place and great value! We were allowed to check in at 3:00, one hour early, but they did take our groceries and put them up and in fridge for us as we arrived before lunch from airport and that was lovely.

Stunning View and Comfortable Quarters

We stayed here for a week. It was everything we could have wanted and more. The proximity to the beach was perfect and a short beach walk to other restaurants. Our rooms were beautiful and the view each morning made drinking my coffee on the balcony a treat! The staff was so friendly and helpful and Ken quickly answered any questions I had. We played pickleball and swam. There is a garage to park your car as well. I would highly recommend Ken’s place to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.

Another Excellent Stay

This was our second time staying in this exact unit. We came back because of the stunning view and excellent location within the hotel. The owner of this Villa was very accommodating and helpful when we had to change the dates of our stay. Excellent service from owner and staff at the hotel!

Another day in paradise

I love Cabo and I love La Estancia. This is our 7th stay at this location. It was to celebrate my son’s 40th bday. When we walked into Ken’s unit it was fresh and clean. The view of the grounds and the ocean are spectacular. I spent hours sitting on the patio enjoying family and watching boats go by. Very relaxing and we’re already planning our next trip. Thank you Ken for being flexible with our check out as my grandson was napping before we headed to the airport. What a great place!

Cabo Spring Break

We had a fantastic time during our stay and the condo was beyond our expectations. Our communication with Ken was fantastic and he was very accommodating to us. I highly recommend La Estancia and specifically this unit. It is centrally located in the resort and the fourth floor views allowed for great visual of the pools and ocean.

Fantastic!! Highly Recommend

Villa La Estancia 3406 is a beautiful condo!! We had a fantastic stay at this luxury resort. Check in was easy and the condo was immaculate upon arrival. The staff at the resort are so polite and helpful. It was nice to have housekeeping every second day (so many resorts during covid don't offer that at all). The patio is huge and the views are so much better than shown. The two chaises have direct sun in the morning so you can suntan on your private patio. Two full bedrooms and three bathrooms was a great set up. Everyone had lots of room. The linens and towels are very high quality. All the furniture is newer and in perfect condition. The washer and dryer were very helpful too. There is no detergent provided but it is available from the store just across the street. The poolside restaurant was our favorite. There is also a great pizza restaurant at the resort next door. We had an oceanfront table at sunset. There are water taxis at the beach to take you to Lovers Beach (a must!) or the marina. The beach chaises and umbrellas are complimentary which was great (we stayed previously at a hotel that charged for beach chaises and umbrellas). The owner, Ken, was very helpful and responded to questions very quickly prior to our stay. Overall a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it. Five Plus Stars!!
