Todo muy bien pero el todo incluido tiene muchas restricciones que no te encuentras en otros lugares ,firmas resivo cada vez que comes cada vez que pides una botella de agua algo no habitual y creo que no es necesario,porque los que compran todo incluido usamos una manilla de color diferente recomiendo eliminen eso de las firmas de resivo para estadística.Por todo lo demás maravilloso una visita al mar único

This was perfect for us and our family. I have a 4 year old and a nearly 2 year old. It was just war we needed. Everything was explained to me while I was there and I got the opportunity to do everything I wanted. Breakfast is the best. I will be back.

Watch out for the umbrellas! I am very disappointed in our experience at Villa del Palmar Cabo. I booked 3 rooms for my family and both sets of grandparents for what I thought would be a wonderful experience. We arrived Sunday April 7th for 5 nights. On Monday, while we were sitting at one of your restaurants my mother in law tripped because her foot got stuck in one of the poorly placed umbrellas at the restaurant. This absolutely changed our plans while in Cabo and after escalating this to management while at the resort, they finally agreed to cover the hospital charges (we ended up only receiving partial credit). We saw so many people almost trip, I genuinely feel this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

scenery was very pretty, beach was hard to walk on, very sloped and soft, sand was coarse. after a long flight and taxi ride to venue,(we had to procure) i was unable to get around. staff checking us in were more concerned with the "selling" of time share, and wouldn't let me go to room until i agreed to tour the next day. i finally just wheeled off in my wheelchair. i didn't go the next day

Upon arrival they do a $500 hold on your card which is not mentioned. They also offer you a complementary breakfast the next morning for you to view the property/ Presentation and they say it’s 90 minutes of your time. They try to sell you on becoming members, they lost us after an hour and a half and after two hours, we were over it. Would be ideal if they did it towards the end of the trip not right at the beginning when you haven’t even enjoyed the property. Property is very old, Food is average. We tipped everyone in cash and if you do any premium services, they do not tell you gratuity is charged also, so you pay double if you’re tipping in cash. On our second to last day, I had gone up to the room to grab my hat and the room had been cleaned already, I knew snacks were left for stock up. When we went back to the room later, someone had left our lock on the door out keeping it propped open. They also messed with our safe in the room as it was no longer working. We had to have someone come and unlock with a key, not a good impression or feeling. Thankfully nothing was missing, but I will not be staying at this property again.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. We booked as all inclusive, however, some guests were time share owners or booked just the hotel. As a result, we could not enjoy our all inclusive status without signing for every drink and meal. This caused long lines at all bars and restaurants. This was a great inconvenience compared to other all inclusive stays we have experienced at other hotels. We were not at all happy about an unexpected charge per day for "sanitation" fees. Again this is why we paid extra for all inclusive.

Although an older property, it is well maintained with beach access and a beautiful ocean view. People were very friendly and courteous. The food options were good, especially at the Carbon grill for dinner. My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary and couldn’t have chose a better place to stay for the price. We did all inclusive and got a good value . Special shout out to Carlos, Silvia for their outstanding service. Special shout out to Carmelita from house keeping for attending to our room when we were out. We definitely stay again.

I paid for 7 days of all inclusive - checked in around 4 on day of arrival and when i checked out they basically said hit the road - I said - my flight is not for hours - too bad per management - your not welcome here anymore and you can not use our property without paying - so basically i 6.5 days of all inclusive - not 7 - never ever had this problem at the 20 plus stays at other resorts. Also - when i finally got my room and asked for my bags they arrrive with shinny new golf clubs which i would have liked is they were mine - but they were not - not sure how you can send the wrong luggage.

Terrible check in-staff refused to find out about upgrade and we refused to get a supervisor-we had to find someone on our own and finally got things taken care of. Started trip with a bad taste in my mouth -most of the trip was really good -a few issues here and there. Grounds are beautiful but almost impossible to swim in the ocean due to rip tide -have stayed other places in Cabo and will probably go back to one of them on my next trip here

Terrible.I was completely embarrassed&offended at the Italian restaurant.People were walking up in muscle tees&relaxed clothing,I was in a skirt with a crop top(I am curvy)and my sister(who is tiny)was in a sweat suit with mini shorts,Lilliana refused ME service(not my sister)&said I needed to change(this was my 1st night)4/26/24,and kept pointing at my stomach.Also the waitress was EXTREMELY rude.I cried the whole first night cause I was body shamed and didn’t know how else to feel comfortable the REST of the trip.I was scared to wear my swimsuit,I felt insecure&anxiety every time we ate or went to the pool.Them body shaming me ruined my trip,I still feel sick when I think about it.CREDITCARD SCAMS:Upon arrival we were told we need a creditcard on file,no problem,but after trying to swipe my card,the man at the front desk said we need$500 for the extras that came with our all inclusive package,the $175 credit&discounts which are part of the Expedia VIP package.We explained this was part of what we paid for.He then tried to ‘bargain’ with us&asked if he could charge $280 we said no, all of a sudden we only had to pay a $10 cleaning fee.Every staff member is in on the scam including managers. Next day a guest was having a conversation about how maintenance came to her room&tried to spend$1300 on her creditcard!Staff did not care!Also no loungers on beach, false advertising.I want a refund.Breakfast was gross.Greenbeans&broccoli?much more to say but not enough room to explain.

About the 500 USD hold, we do this to all of our guest that arrive to our property, this is a mandatory hold that assure us and yourself to have credit to charge in the resort. In order for you to make valid this resort credit it is important to have credit , even the minimum like frot desk stated. The food and staff was great , the private beach was close and not crowded . My only dislike is that local vendors on the beach will constantly bug you . If you say no they’ll leave but they ask you later on again . I know they re trying to make a living too but if I said no already why keep asking .

Food was great! Liked that room key was on bracelet! Didn't like that I had to keep telling everyone my room number and needing to sign receipt for everything I ordered.

My wife and I had a phenomenal time and are very happy with our stay at Villa Del Palmer. The one bedroom suite with ocean view was amazing and absolutely the best room we’ve ever stayed in Cabo. The view was spectacular. You could not be in the room and not be drawn to it. the property is very clean and easy to navigate. The food was great. The service was great. shout out to Wilberth From the Sportbar and Osiris From the concierge for the exceptional service. We attended a timeshare presentation to get some good discounts on activities. The presentation went beyond 90 minutes, which is one reason for 4 stars. The second reason for four stars is the pool is too small to accommodate the capacity of the resort. You either had to get up really early and go throw some of your stuff in a chair to claim it or wait until the end of the day when people left to get a good poolside spot. Other than that, the resort was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. The service staff and property were above expectations. The location was perfect. We will definitely consider returning here in the future. In our opinion, the on inclusive package value was well worth it.

Such a great property! Beautiful. And the good in every restaurant is amazing. Don’t forget to eat the pizza!! So good. Two things to note - the break of the ocean is such that it is difficult and sometimes dangerous to swim/play in. Also, the hotel will only give one pool towel per guest, and one towel doesn’t cover the whole chair. Frustrating when it is hot and the bare chair is too hot to touch. Trust guests with more than one towel please!! Everything else was amazing! :)

Was made to feel like VIP's until we didn't go to the forced upon us time share/vacation club seminar. After choosing to not waste a half a day of our holidays on that, went without coffee in our room for four days (we were all-inclusive), dead cockroach on the bathroom floor for three days, just didn't feel attended to because we chose not to buy into a "club". One of the biggest peeves was the room. Booked a one bedroom ocean view all inclusive. When we were checking in I asked about a room upgrade to a two bedroom. That was out of our price allowance but the person checking us in offered a one bedroom with a jacuzzi on the 7th floor with an ocean view for $700 more. We chose that room. What the clerk(?) neglected to tell us was that the elevator to the 7th floor was out of order. My wife had just had knee surgery and stairs were not an option. After 30 minutes going up and down several flights of painful stairs trying to even find the room we were shocked to find the room was far less than was promised. We went back down to check in to see if we could get a different room or our $700 extra back. Of course she said no we couldn't get that money back how about a different room instead. By this point I am getting quite angry with the situation. After wandering around to several other rooms, we finally settled for a room that came the closest to what we were paying for. I feel ripped off. I paid an extra $700 for a room that was basically what we had originally booked.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Room was decent enough. Food was sub-par and basic. What really bothered me though was being forced into a timeshare presentation where the agent wouldn’t take no for an answer. It put a damper on the entire experience and now know for next time to decline right away. Perks were not worth the hassle or time wasted.

Loved the resort. All the the restaurants were really good, especially Taco Bar, Carbon and Bella California dinners. The service at the beach was EXCELLENT, Nico was the best. My only drawback was some of the other guests not following the rules clearly stated by the pools. By 9am certain groups were reserving 12 chairs and not actually using them all until way later/ and then not even using all of them. On our last day it was extra bad with that there were almost no chairs available at 9:30 with no one in them until past 11:15.
