House was exactly as advertised. Location was in construction area for new development, but security was great. It was a little away from the beach and downtown area so had to get a taxi each time we left the property. So think about that if you consider staying there. The concierge service was great before and during my stay (Hi Gabby!).

Beautiful View!

The condo is great. Well equipped. Beautiful large balcony with BBQ, fire pit and great seating. The main bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, but the 2nd bedroom is only ideal for kids. For adults, the twin beds are too hard. Location is close to Cabo. About 6 minutes to Costco. The view is amazing and the pools are wonderful. There is a large community pool for adults and kids and there is another one with a higher elevation for adults only. It's a quiet community, very safe. A big Thank you to Angie and Gaby who were amazing hosts and were quick to respond to minor issues. We will definitely return to this condo.

Issues

Overall, property was very good. The view was incredible, location and all the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the shower in the hall bathroom did not work at all. There was virtually no water pressure. Also, the air conditioner in the main living area could not be adjusted accurately. The other air conditioners worked well.

We had a fantastic stay, the amenities to the condo were exceptional!We had great service from our host Angie!Easy access to shops, restaurants, and the city. The location is safe and private.Beautiful views from the balcony!

Pleasant and relaxing Cabo San Lucas getaway

My wife and I and my 88-year-old mother just spent a very pleasant and relaxing 2 weeks at the condo in Tezal, which is a short drive to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo (a lovely village not to be missed). The condo is set in a gated community village, with a central club house with pools and work out facilities. The grounds are meticulously tended to, with beautiful flowered hedges throughout the property. The condo was superbly outfitted for our purposes. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was ideal for us as we preferred to cook and eat in most nights. The terrace/balcony oversees the club house and the pools. A gas fireplace on the balcony made for very pleasant evenings relaxing and reading, while looking out towards the bay and the lights of Cabo San Lucas. Gaby and Angie from Ronival Vacations were very helpful in getting things organized for us, also in providing assistance with restaurant suggestions and reservations. Both were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and quick to provide any necessary assistance. All in all, a very enjoyable time spent.

Perfect getaway

We all loved the beautiful and quiet location; the pool was easily accessible, providing several easy afternoons of reading poolside. We were within 5 min driving to local grocery stores if we wanted to cook for ourselves, and within 20 min driving to some of the best restaurants (Toro, La Hacienda Cocina y Cantina). The guards were friendly and thorough, which made our stay feel even more comfortable.

Tranquility

This was one of the best vacations ever everyone everyday was attentive to our needs.The security staff was amazing very polite and recognized us coming and going.The grounds were well kept beautiful all around.Our unit was amazing clean and spacious just as the photos depict.Staff was amazing shouts out to Angie!! &Gaby for making our stay wonderful we totally will return very soon !!100%satisfaction

Best Location in Cabo

This is the perfect location to explore Cabo San Lucas and it was very dog friendly which we appreciated very much as we travelled with our pup. There was clear communication with the owner whenever I had any questions and the unit was very clean and was very well equipped. The property is very secure and safe with a friendly staff. The highlight of our stay is the balcony, the views are gorgeous and having a grill is a huge plus! We spent the majority of our stay here at the balcony drinking Coronas and eating lobster and oysters! I have no complaints, I recommend anyone visiting Cabo to stay here!!

Wonderful!

Well equipped condo in a friendly community with a beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas harbor. We had everything we needed for our stay. And if we had any questions or desires, the answers were a phone call away. Highly recommend!

Room with a view.

The property is a specious condo in a gated community. From the balcony there is a great view of lands end. Whether eating breakfast on the balcony or drinks at night. Once dinner is over you can sit back and relax in front of the fire pit on the balcony. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the last few years and this one is a great value for the price. Note - if you stay at this property you'll need a rental car. It's close to the marina, the beach, and lots of nice restaurants but none are walkable.

A fabulous getaway

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was extremely well kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Our family had a great time. We were worried about all the spring breakers and noise. You are close to San Lucas without having to deal with those issues. Highly recommend this lovely property. Can't say enough good things about it.

Perfect location to explore Cabo San Lucas

This property was excellent. Clear communication with the owner, the unit was clean and had many extra touches. The property is very secure and safe. The pool area is amazing and quiet. The location is close to Costco and Freska for groceries. 10 mins to all the local beaches. The BBQ area was a real plus and the view was amazing. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great property!

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. It was as advertised which was refreshing and appreciated. The space is well configured, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped, they WIFI worked great and the balcony...the balcony was everything! To have an outdoor kitchen area and sitting area on the balcony that overlooked the lands end and ocean was the highlight of our stay. The community is incredibly safe and filled with many friendly locals and tourists. It was very dog friendly which we appreciated as we travelled with our pup. The community is also very well manicured and well cared for. We got great use in the gym and certainly the pool as well. There were good restaurants and stores that are in walking distance as long as you don't mind a short walk. The property management and guest services were incredibly responsive and were very quick to respond and correct any of the small things that popped up. We had a fabulous stay and thank the team for being such great hosts!

Great Spot, great view

The Property was great. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The community center had a few amenities that were under construction so were unusable, but didn't diminish the trip. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.
