Condo 224

Great location. No need to go on a whale watching and sunset cruise because we had that every day at our condo. The swim up bar and restaurant were awesome. The menu at the restaurant was relatively cheap and very very good for being at a resort. On top of that, the beer was really cold. Very good communication with our host Marisol and check in with Carlos. This was our first time on the Pacific side and probably be back to Terrasol next year.If you like peace and solitude, this is the place for you.

Best location at Terrasol

This was our fourth stay at Terrasol and we absolutely thought this unit has the best location. I was recovering from an injury, so we pretty much lived out on the deck - enjoying whale watching and amazing sunsets every single day. The property management team was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. The front office is always great to work with. We like the quiet, laid back vibe at Terrasol, while still being close enough to walk in to the hubbub of town when we wanted. We read all the other reviews before booking so we were prepared for some of the idiosyncracies of the unit. It’s not for everyone, so make sure you do the same. Although they were not issues to us, as a former B&B owner, I see the following as potential issues for some: the privacy aspect of the toilet/shower, inability to watch TV from the living area (or a chair), and morning light from the skylight shining down on the bed. I’ve been in contact with the property manager and owner and I am confident they plan on addressing some maintenance issues.

Not a Comfortable Place

There were many things that we weren't thrilled with in this property. The ultra-modern style was not as inviting as we were hoping it to be. The toilet in the shower with a glass surround made for no privacy when using the toilet. The bedding and decorative pillows on the bed and couch were old and in need of cleaning or replacement. The tv was not in the location pictured on the VRBO site. It was on a table in the kitchen so you couldn't see it from the couch in the sitting area. The positives were the location, the well-appointed kitchen and the Terrasol property itself. This condo is beachfront and amazing. I sat on the terrace and watched the whales daily. The pools are lovely and the Terrasol staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast and lunch at the onsite restaurant were worth staying for, as well as the swim up bar. The location of Terrasol in Cabo was great! Close to the marina and many desirable restaurants. Amazing to see both the sunrise and sunset from one spot. I would definitely recommend staying at Terrasol, but not in this particular unit. Sorry!

Awesome Stay in Cabo

Loved our Unit! It was bright and beautiful, had a spectacular deck. Agree on other Post some would not like lack of privacy with use of toilet, but made room for the soaking tub. We enjoyed mostly the view & how close to the pool we were.

Gorgeous oceanfront view!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this studio. It was beautiful and you couldn’t ask for a better view of the ocean. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The only concern was the location of the toilet inside where the shower is. The tub was huge and took over the space where the shower could have been. We are not tub people. Otherwise everything was lovely. Really appreciated the purified water and paper products that were provided.

Perfect getaway

Beautifully appointed 1 room studio ... perfect for a romantic getaway. Ocean front ... hearing the waves all night long. So relaxing.
