Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit- the resort area is very well maintained and super clean. Our villa had a few minor issues but the communication with Marisol was speedy and courteous. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cabo!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at TerraSol! The location is right on the beach, near the pool and within walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious, updated, and comfortable. The only downside is that we are not able to swim in the ocean on this side but not the fault of the condo.

Perfect location, amazing views, quiet, relaxing

It's not always easy to enjoy a relaxing vacation over Spring break but the Terrasol Beach Resort delivered and more. Our unit had spectacular views out to the pool and beyond to the Pacific Ocean. We even saw whales right from the patio. The resort was extremely quiet and we never had any problems finding chairs at either of the pools. Staff was friendly and the food at the Polapa Pool Bar was quite good. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent attributes: the kitchen was stocked with coffee, sugar and salt, and some paper towels. The TV, grill, and fire pit all worked great and those needing natural gas had enough gas in the tanks to meet our needs. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some beauty supplies like Q-tips and cotton face pads--and some tissues. The location was fabulous--so close to the large pool, and you can see the whales from your patio with and without binoculars! The palapa is super relaxed and serves great food at great prices. Drinks are good, but inconsistently so. The staff there provide great service! Areas for improvement: The unit has been updated, but some time ago and it is showing wear in the furniture inside and out. The bed sheets were worn, didn't fit the beds or pillows completely making sleeping less than ideal and uncomfortable. The outside deck could use another sun umbrella due to the lack of a covered patio and the sun exposure throughout the day. The kitchen needs: more coffee cups (6 people stayed and only 5 cups available), kitchen sink rags, a soap dispenser, and bowls for food prep, serving and storage. Also, for 6 people a partially used and full bottle of water--for the water tank--was not enough for a full week's stay. The 3rd room with the bunk had furniture so large it made it difficult to move around and feel comfortable in it. Overall, its a good value and a relaxing stay!

Winter getaway

Spent a week with adult siblings and the space was great for our group. Recently renovated with nice upgrades (when looking into other units here) The location of this unit in Terrasol is perfect. Right off the sand and views of whales from our patios were phenominal. The Palapa bar is definitely the cheapest eats around and the community is walkable to the marina district for more activities/shopping/nightlife

No death benefits

When we notified them there was a death in the family and we couldn’t make it they would not cancel the trip or even reschedule it. “We have to protect the company” is what we were told. Instead of completely lose the money and trip, a few of us decided to just go but cut our trip in half. At check in we were told there was also a resort fee that had to be paid or we could not access the wifi. The resort is not located “across the street” from the marina. It’s down a hill and quite the walk for older people that the resort is targeted too. The restaurant on site closes at 4pm which is very early for most people to eat dinner. Lastly our host booked us a ride from the airport and back. However there was little communication about exactly where and what time to catch the ride. The front desk also booked a ride for us when we were explaining the situation and now we are being charged for two rides. Not a very good experience for us following a death and hoping for a nice getaway.

Great property for a couples vacation. We didnt use the third bedroom, but it was nice to have extra space. I could see it being used for a family with grandparents. Property was as good if not better than the pictures. Would come back again!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautifully renovated, decorated and clean. So much space and two beautiful patios that faces the ocean and pool. The property was very quiet and relaxing. Close enough to restaurants and things to do. We loved it!

Ocean view comfort

This place was great for our extended family. The condo is very well appointed and is exactly as shown on-line. Location location location....not only are you beachfront you are also just a short walk to the marina and downtown. We also used Uber including from the grocery store Chedrauri to stock up. Highly recommend for being on the beach in a nice quiet location but also walkable to the "fun" of Cabo. Also a shout out to "Sancho's" on the Marina. check it out as well.

This was a terrific place to stay

It was a really lovely, spacious, and peaceful place to stay with great staff and easy access to restaurants and the marina. The on-site food wasn’t especially notable, but the staff were great and the bar well stocked. I would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing Beachfront Condo!

Our experience at this condo was fabulous! Check in was a breeze. The condo has two master suites which was perfect for our group. The pools and restaurant at the resort are wonderful. We enjoyed the beachfront access and close proximity to downtown. We had a rental car and the resort has plenty of parking available. The condo is decorated very well and there’s a huge TV in the living room with comfy couches. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, beautiful property!

We loved our trip to this location! The property is just as described. We had an issue with the AC in the master, but they came several times to fix it, and finally did. It was a bit uncomfortable for a couple nights. But the situation was rectified. The pool area, views and pool bar are very nice. Carlos in the office was very accomodating and helpful. Would definitley recommend this rental!
