Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
Excellent attributes: the kitchen was stocked with coffee, sugar and salt, and some paper towels. The TV, grill, and fire pit all worked great and those needing natural gas had enough gas in the tanks to meet our needs. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some beauty supplies like Q-tips and cotton face pads--and some tissues. The location was fabulous--so close to the large pool, and you can see the whales from your patio with and without binoculars! The palapa is super relaxed and serves great food at great prices. Drinks are good, but inconsistently so. The staff there provide great service!
Areas for improvement: The unit has been updated, but some time ago and it is showing wear in the furniture inside and out. The bed sheets were worn, didn't fit the beds or pillows completely making sleeping less than ideal and uncomfortable. The outside deck could use another sun umbrella due to the lack of a covered patio and the sun exposure throughout the day. The kitchen needs: more coffee cups (6 people stayed and only 5 cups available), kitchen sink rags, a soap dispenser, and bowls for food prep, serving and storage. Also, for 6 people a partially used and full bottle of water--for the water tank--was not enough for a full week's stay. The 3rd room with the bunk had furniture so large it made it difficult to move around and feel comfortable in it.
Overall, its a good value and a relaxing stay!
