We absolutely loved getting to watch the incredible sunsets each morning from the upper deck. This property was very comfortable and suited us perfectly. The house manager was amazing and we felt very welcomed!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful views. Johana was absolutely wonderful, made the best guacamole, even ran errands for us! Such a nice benefit. We love La Estancia for its proximity to downtown. Beach is swimmable. Our favorite activity was taking our floaties to the ocean every morning, we also enjoyed a nice swim. The appliances we all upgraded, plenty of seasonings. We cooked at home every day. The high quality sheets did not go unnoticed and were much appreciated. Three bathrooms makes it easy for group as. Will stay again.

Highly recommend

The check-in process was easier than I saw in the reviews. It took about 5 minutes total. They do take a deposit. The owner treated us fabulously! Nothing but great things to say. The property is amazing and as described. We appreciated someone to call with any issues (how to turn on bbq, why the ac wasnt on - door needed to be shut, etc) Super helpful!! The outside space has great views and nice furniture. The hot tub was a bonus and we spent every morning there. We rented a car, we could never find the assigned parking space, but the valet gave us one by the elevator that worked well. We took a food tour and followed all the guides recommendations (we loved Mother Flower restaurant) We went to an art show, surfing with private lessons, to a fish market in Todos Santos and cooked whole fish on the grill at the penthouse. In Cabo we went yachting and had massages on the beach. The penthouse is equipped with all necessities. The artwork is beautiful and the place is exactly as seen in the photos. Everything is well appointed. We did not need to use the cleaning service while there as the place was very clean. If you want great views, a well designed space with extras of the hot tub, outside dining and patios - then this is it. Well worth the extra costs. Enjoy!!!

Unbelievable views!

We stayed at Villa 3704 with our teen boys. The views off the rooftop deck are incredible and we spent a lot of time in the beautiful outdoor spaces. The condo is spacious, bright, and has a great layout. The boys had plenty of room and as we were traveling with friends, it was great to have a powder bathroom for guests and again, so much beautiful outdoor space. If you are doing any cooking, the kitchen could use a few more basics - cookie sheets, better pans, tinfoil! but we only made breakfasts so no big deal. Johanna, our concierge, was wonderful - she was able to get us set up with groceries, promptly replied to any questions we had, and greeted us upon arrival and helped make sure everything went smoothly when we left. And her pico and guac were so delicious! We would totally stay here again.

Amazing

The pictures don't do this place justice. The views from the patios are breathtaking! We also loved waking up and having a wall of windows to enjoy the view as we cooked breakfast and started our day. Johana (the property assistant) was such a positive part of the experience as well. She made fresh guacamole and pico for our arrival, and margaritas!! She also did a little grocery shopping for us - she was so sweet and so helpful!! The host (John) was amazing as well. This is truly a 5 star penthouse!!!

All the reviews were spot on. This was a wonderful property and penthouse. The concierge service available was second to none, Johana and Isabella took very good care of us. The transportation service was excellent and on time. The recommendations made by the owner were extremely helpful, especially with the fishing charter. Overall a very great experience for me and my family.

Beyond any of my expectations

My Husband and I, mom, and two aunts stayed in this beautifully art adorned penthouse for a full week. Each day we’d notice some new, interesting, happy-making and fall in love with this place over and over again. The penthouse was open and bright with telescoping patio doors for walls that nearly disappeared, blurring the endings and beginnings of indoor and outdoor spaces. Bringing us closer in connection with the mesmerizing Sea. Venturing beyond all that the penthouse provided, seemed completely unnecessary. Johana and Oscar, the personal concierge’s, greeted us with guacamole, pico, and chips. Our first night at the resort we ate at the fancy restaurant. It was a great experience with delicious food, and exceptional service by Martin. We were unhurried and enjoyed the pace as many unexpected small bites came out for us to try before our meals. The next day we went for groceries and made nearly every breakfast, snacks, some lunches and a handful of dinners together in the penthouse. It was such a sweet way to spend quality time, putting meals together and enjoying the large kitchen and island surrounded with family. Everyone pitching in to make food with love. Every implement we needed we could find there. Literally, we did not go without. The pantry was well stocked with seasoning, spices, and oils. The terrace by the hot tub, the tables outside, the inside the dining room, tables of the tables off of the living room balcony. All spaces thoroughly enjoyed.

Nothing but spectacular! The outdoor living space and penthouse view was amazing sunrise to sunset! The spacious condo and resort were welcoming, clean, and beautiful. Highly recommend this penthouse and look forward a future return.

Fabulous place!

This was our second time staying and it was just as wonderful. We enjoy watching the sun rise and listening to the waves from the condo porch while we drink our coffee. We love being close to the action but just outside of it. It's a half mile walk down the beach to The Office. The complex is quiet and meticulously maintained. There is a large gym. Having a personal concierge is quite special and very helpful as well as having the driver take us to get groceries on the way to to condo. Communication with the owner, John, is great. He is very responsive. We may be back again next year :)
