We just returned from 7 days and this place was exactly what we hoped for. Clean, beautiful, quiet and safe! The staff was extremely helpful with check-in and any questions though out our trip. We had 2 families of 4 stay here, all teenagers, with plenty of room. Most of the discussion on the last day was about next year, we will be back!

Location location location! We love Terrasol and this unit was awesome - very close to to the pool/palapa area. We had family with us and the 4 bedroom unit is rare. Pool toys for the kiddos, and beach umbrellas and chairs to enjoy oceanfront for the adults were very much appreciated! Enzo, the local contact for the owner was responsive.

Great communication with the host. We had issues with electrical not the host problem but the resorts. It was out of their hand and they aloud us a few extra hours to check out. Nice place, very quiet.

Fantastic location - walking distance to the marina, easy to get to other parts of Cabo using ride share. This is a perfect condo for a group. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the restaurant and swim up bar. The staff is excellent. Carlos arranged a wonderful fishing/whale watching/swimming trip for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Terrasol! This unit was beautiful and perfect for our family. Spacious, with a beautiful ocean view overlooking the pool and palapa bar. We loved this quiet spot with excellent access to town. We would definitely stay here an again!

We LOVED it!

This was our first visit to Cabo and it did not disappoint. We had 3 adults, 2 19 year olds and a 16 year old. This condo was perfect for us as was the resort and location. The condo is so well equipped with everything you may need. The view from the patios is amazing. We took full advantage of the onsite restaurant and bar. The food and drinks are excellent and affordable. The staff are so kind. After the first day, they recognize you and can almost anticipate your order. We loved the views and breeze from the pool separate from the palapa pool. Walking to the marina was very easy. As was getting an uber to other parts of town. The landscaping is unbelievable. This place is a jewel. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great spot, wonderful location in Cabo

Really enjoyed our stay at Terrasol. Condo was clean and nicely appointed for the 6 of us. Enjoyed watching the huge crashing waves from our back balcony overlooking the Palapa bar and pool. The condo is located within easy walking distance of the marina and surrounding city and Ubers were easy to obtain for exploring. Next time we would rent a car as Terrasol has plenty of parking. The staff Terrasol is terrific and the Palapa bar is great for breakfast, lunch and/or drinks by the pool. Went deep sea fishing, had a sunset cruise and ate at wonderful restaurants all nearby. Took a guided hike up to the top of Mt. Solmar which meets every day at 8am which provided fantastic views of the city, marina and the condo at Terrasol. Overall a great place for vacation whether you want to lounge by the pool, visit the sites or hit the marina for fun in the ocean.

Quiet refuge in the middle of it all

Great location to satisfy all age ranges. Close to town for young adults, while also being tucked away and private for older adults. The suite is a great size for extended family or friends, so everyone can have their space.

Amazing Location & Views

We just love Terrasol, best location in Cabo! Easy walk to the Marina, Restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. We saw whales and sea lions from the balcony.We did have issues with the condo. In one of the bathrooms there was a leaky toilet and in the master bathroom there was no water pressure in the shower so we never could use the shower. We shut off the toilet and the owners told us that they would have someone out there ASAP, he showed up, left and never came back. The owner gave us a small credit to the Palapa Bar for our inconvenience.

Has potential, but needs improvements

We love Terrasol. It has a great palapa bar, it is walking distance to the marina and it is reasonably priced. We also really like this condo because it has 4 bedrooms, allowing our family to stay together in one unit. This was our second stay. The pros: comfy beds, 4 bedrooms and a bunk room, sand toys and pool toys. The cons: the main pool heater was broken and so the pool was freezing and me and my kids didn’t want to swim. I alerted the owner but no compensation was offered. She just said that she didn’t have control over that. There is very poor water pressure in all bathrooms. The screens are hard to open and shut. When we arrived there was no door handle on one bedroom so we couldn’t shut it for privacy. In the kids bunk room, there were LED lights that were very blue in tone, which strobed because they were not compatible with the ceiling light. It started strobing at 3am and woke my kids up creating a long night. The propane tank for the grill required a wrench to open and use - which was an issue we flagged at our last stay as well. The pool towels are practically rags. When I alerted the owner, both the door and lights were fixed. There were no trash bags for the main kitchen so we went to Costco and bought some. The owner gave us 50 for our troubles, which felt like an insult after all we experienced. Overall this unit has a lot of potential, but needs more attention to basic maintenance and updates to keep it worth it. We hope this helps them take action.

A wonderful spot!!

The location can’t be beat. Great condo, super easy access to marina, shops, restaurants, etc. The pool and beach are A! The palapa serves food and drinks that are amazing! Great service and affordable. Resort staff are accommodating and the property is spotless!! Not crowded or noisy!
