I am so grateful to have found Shelby’s villa! I would return in a heartbeat. Well in advance of our arrival, Shelby provided an impressively thorough overview of everything we could want or need, from a step-by-step on how to get from landing at the airport to the resort to activities and restaurants.My son commented that he felt like royalty as we checked in. ALL the staff (and other vacationers) at Villa La Estancia were friendly, welcoming, helpful- just good vibes all around. It was quiet and relaxing but we were welcome to participate in the activities at the resorts on either side (we learned how to make towel animals!) our housekeeper Brenda was wonderful, and when my daughter’s new stuffed bunny got mixed up in the sheets and went missing, it was waiting for her safe and sound in the lost & found. We will most definitely be back!
Beautiful, clean, friendly (and very safe) resort
The view was unbeatable and the deck is fantastic for afternoon siesta time!

Shelby’s place is beautiful, clean and has all of the amenities for a relaxing stay. She was communicative and helpful as a host. Villa la estancia is a wonderful resort, right on Medano beach, close to town and the staff is great. We traveled as a family with age range from 3 to 70 and everyone loved this property and the surrounding resort. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful condo. HUGE balcony. Close proximity to downtown entertainment/restaurant/bars/marina/etc, as well as Walmart for groceries. La Estancia is a wonderful property.

Fun and Sun in Cabo

We had stayed at the same property in Puerto Vallarta and wanted to try Cabo. It was a terrific week. The pool is very relaxing and the unit was very comfortable with a large balcony that had a great view of the ocean and lands end. The location is also great for access to Cabo San Lucas restaurants and shopping.

Great Villa in Cabo San Lucas

The villa was absolutely perfect for me and my family. Everything was well maintained. It's in a great location with easy access to all of the resort's amenities. Can't wait to come back!

Couldn’t have been more perfect

Not one thing of the whole process I could say could be approved. We came with our two 16 year old boys. The seperate master suite is perfect to have space between the boys staying up late and coming in and out. I didn’t have to tell them to keep it down once!! Shelby was great to work with, the villa is beautiful and the view is amazing. I will be back!!!!

A great family Thanksgiving in Cabo San Lucas!

We loved Villa Estancia and all it had to offer. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The 3 bathrooms was great, and everyone could spread out, relax and enjoy. The resort was very busy over the holiday weekend, so we needed to venture out as the pool had no availability (only and issue over the weekend). We found many great restaurants and activities. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place with us! The DiJulios

Second Stay and Great Again

My husband and two adult sons stayed in one of the 2 BR villas. One master suite, a living room/kitchen and another bedroom on the other side with queen beds. Location is great on Medano Beach.

Beautiful Villa and Resort!

We enjoyed the Villa and all the resort had to offer. The Villa was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable!! The pool area and outdoor bar were very fun. Restaurants on site were very good. I would go back and rent again from Shelby! Loved all the tips you gave us about the area they came in handy when making reservations and trying to get around town!

Clean, beautiful villa in well-run resort

We loved this villa for the view of Land's End and Sea of Cortez. It was clean and beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 tween). This resort has all of the amenities you need to never leave the resort, but it's also close to Medano Beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas for nightlife, marina activities, and shopping.

Villa La Estancia is a great location and the condo and accommodations were terrific. The staff was very helpful. Easy access to the pool and beach. Several restaurants on site provided multiple dining options. Wi-Fi in the condo was weak but better on the patio or around the pool.
