WE LOVED THIS HOUSE EXPERIENCE :)

18 adults (9 couples) stayed at this house to celebrate our friends birthday and we LOVED IT! Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom, the owner and his team did a great job with communication and helped us set up chef meals, poolside massages, shuttles to/from the airport, a sunset cruise and more so we didn't have to cook or clean once/plan anything. We truly showed up and got to relax the whole time. It was a 10/10 great experience and I couldn't recommend it enough! I hope we can come back next year and rinse and repeat the trip all over again!

Beautiful House, lots of space, Fantastic location and View

The house was wonderful and the location was safe and secure. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view and deck were amazing. We had a great time and the property manager Rachel had wonderful communication and even checked in on us after a day to see if we needed anything. The house was well stocked with the basics and we had everything we needed.

Amazing location and service

Had an incredible time at this all inclusive property. The house is huge and was able to accommodate our large party, with enough beds for everyone and fantastic views and pool. The service was all star, concierges available to us all day and could get us everything from food and drinks delivered, to car transportation. We had chefs come in that was booked through the property as well that were amazing. This will be our go to place in Cabo when we go back

Perfect Christmas Holiday

Casa Theordoe was a beautiful property with great staff. My family of four along with 2 other families of four enjoyed this property very much for our annual holiday trip. Rodolfo, concierge, was knowledgeable and always accessible. Micheal (owner) and Rachel (assistant) were very responsive with all of my questions and concerns from booking until arrival. Their recommended chef was great and the food super yummy. The views are stunning and the accommodations very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

I recently hosted my 50th birthday celebration at Casa Theodore that truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the stunning layout of the main floor and outdoor space. The exceptional views created a breathtaking backdrop for our gathering, making it the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. One of the highlights of the villa was how thoughtfully the bedrooms were arranged. Each one was spread out, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space while still feeling connected to the group. And let me tell you, the beds were incredibly comfortable! After a long day of festivities, sinking into those plush mattresses was a dream. The service we received was outstanding. The staff was attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. A special shoutout to Rodolfo, the concierge, who handled every request with the utmost professionalism. Whether it was arranging a last-minute dinner reservation or providing local recommendations, Rodolfo made everything seamless and stress-free. Overall, this villa provided an unforgettable experience for my milestone birthday. If you're considering renting a space for a special occasion, I highly recommend this one. Perfect place to have 8 couples celebrate my 50th bday!! The staff were AMAZING and so helpful, anything we needed, they helped out! Coordinating all the logistics iwth Rachel was easy. The location and views were out of this world! Would 100% stay here again!! This place holds a special place for me.

Great home but unreasonable owner

We enjoy a family villa vacation yearly with ages from 6 to 70. The home is great, but marketing it as “full staff” is very misleading. Two wonderful ladies did maid services.We were greeted by a fellow on arrival who offered to help book any activities. The man who cared for the pool was great. Friends had used a local chef before and we booked her to come for some meals. They offer to provide a chef of theirs, but the process required selecting specific foods for each person and meal. Overwhelming due to our varied tastes and ages. The chef we hired has been in the area for over 10 years, has incredible references which she provided to Michael and Rachel. Their contract says no outside vendors allowed w/o prior approval. We asked for “approval” to let her in to chef, explaining why we wanted her etc. They refused our request. The excuse was they were concerned that she might damage the kitchen. She provided assurances and references as she has been in countless villas there. We assured that we would guarantee and be responsible for her. They admitted that they don’t allow anyone except the chef they want. The reference to “prior approval” is disingenuous. We had to meet her at the gate and pick up our now takeout meals. A warped ping pong table available at an additional charge, as is anything else. Nothing, ie salt/pepper was in the kitchen, which was a first for us. Great vaca except for the unreasonable approval and 0 basics in kitchen.

Amazing Villa!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the Villa. The views were spectacular. The food was amazing. We highly recommend. I would say there were some delays in communication & errors when planning for an event of this size. It was disappointing but in the end the trip was fantastic!

Great low key bachelor party trip

Place is great and is as advertised. Minor problems with the main refrigerator that does not get nearly cold enough, meager sound system for quality of property that was easily bested by our own Bluetooth speakers, and WiFi that was very spotty. Staff was solid, attentive, and helpful. Beautiful home.

Amazing House

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff was exceptional and helping coordinate everything prior to our stay and then during our stay the on-site staff was fabulous! The property is a short drive to downtown and the views were spectacular, would definitely return.

Review

The property is 100% accurate as advertised. The location is amazing, the view is stunning, and the amenities are incredible. The on-site staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I did have a few issues that are worth knowing about prior to booking here. There are many rules in Pedregal itself that you likely want to research prior to staying there (i.e. no noise past 9:30 PM). My main issues were with Michael and Rachel prior to booking. I felt as though there were many hidden fees and the $5,000 damage deposit was their opportunity to capitalize on those and many other hidden fees. Michael and Rachel tried to add on an additional security guard and force us to buy the extra 2 bedrooms to have an “all-male” guest list even though it was not a bachelor party. We invited 2 female guests and were able to get out of this after some serious and frankly unnecessary back-and-forth. I felt nickeled and dimed throughout the entire process before we got there and during the initial walkthrough of the property as the on-site staff kept. The extra services they offered (i.e. transportation to the airport, stocking groceries, getting ice, propane for grill, etc.) were all massively overpriced. There are several stores minutes away where you can get all of these things and Uber/taxis are relatively inexpensive here. The property was great, but the experience with Michael and Rachel would make me second guess ever staying there again.
