Algo descuidado, algunas puertas y baños y no sirven en su totalidad, en el anuncio dicen que se admiten fiestas el cual no es lo es, el estacionamiento no lo podemos mas de dos carros porque se le blouea el acceso a propietario de la casa.

Views are priceless, fantastic stay, highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the concierge team! The views are unreal, the pictures don't do it justice. Everything felt brand new. We felt extremely safe being in a gated community and you are fairly close to bars and restaurants. I booked this Villa for my 30th birthday with 9 other people and from the moment I booked, I knew I was in good hands with the concierge team. Irania helped book transportation services, pre stocked groceries, dinner reservations, private boat experience, private chef, private bartenders and massages at the villa. The Villa has plenty of space for 10 people, including the pool deck. There were plenty of space for everyone to sit and either be in the sun or shade. Once we arrived at the Villa, Juan, the property manager, was there to meet us and helped set up decorations. There was a daily housekeeper who would come by and clean, take our the trash, make beds, refresh towels, etc. This was a huge plus! Irania and Juan helped us book a bartender for two of the afternoons. Freddy was our bartender and I would highly recommend. His spicy watermelon margaritas are incredible! He is so creative and was willing to try different recipes with the ingredients we had. Chef Eric made the BEST homemade Mexican spread. We had one vegan in the group and he was easily able to accommodate. Definitely hire Chef Eric! Overall, the villa was spectacular and the concierge team went above and beyond to make it a special week.

The Perfect Getaway in Cabo

I cannot say enough good things about the house, staff and location! It really does not get any better than this and I have spent 20 years in Cabo. Every window/balcony has a great ocean view and it is located in a safe gated, private community with private beaches and beautiful walks.

Casa Rosa es su Casa!

We were one of the first guests to stay after the recent remodel and it was amazing. The pictures don’t even begin to scratch the surface of how comfortable and spacious Casa Rosa is to stay. Everything has been upgraded and you won’t be disappointed with any of the finishes and touches that went into making it a first class property inside and out. While there were only 4 of us on this trip, Casa Rosa can easily accommodate 8 guests with room to spare. Booking was a breeze and accessing the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood was quick and easy. Juan and Irania were incredible hosts and were always available for any questions or requests….from recommendations of local restaurants and shopping to arranging for onsite COVID testing before our departure.. Gabi kept the house spotless and the pool floats ready for afternoon naps. If you’re headed to Cabo, this is the place you want to stay. You might see us checking in or out for our next trip there…

Great view, wonderful host

Betty was great getting us into the property and very avaiable to assist us during the stay. Property is dated but good deal for the price. The view is outstanding. Uber rides are easy to arrange and can get you up and down the hill. Better even arranged the Dish TV for our local channels from our home area. Watch out for the tile tubs and floors. Very slippery! Tubs/showers could use bath mats to help not falling I would gladly stay here again!

Great view. Great Value. Scott and Betty were very nice. The place is not someone who expects something fancy-smancy on their vacation. The house has great bones but could use a little upgrading. Overall, great value and great view.

Great experience!

Villa Rosa was wonderful for our group of friends to stay in! We felt very safe in the neighborhood with the strict security guards. The location is wonderful! It is definitely within walking distance to marina and downtown area although the hike back up the hill can be brutal. THE VIEW IS AMAZING! Laying by the pool at sunset was an absolute dream. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location, gorgeous views

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa. The house was clean, spacious and the location is ideal. It's close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, marina and beach. We rented a car so as far as walking downtown, we did not do that. DIstance wise the downtown area is not far but getting back up the hill might be challenging. The villa was spacious and very true to the pictures. Comfortable beds, comfy couch, Wifi, dish, netflix, air conditioning in all bedrooms, pool was clean (heated but refreshing). We didn't do much cooking but the basics are there. The villa slept 7 of us comfortably. It's just a beautiful location with beautiful views and close to everything. We can't wait to come back!

Things we wished we knew about the property

First off - we always love Cabo. But while the view from this home was fantastic, there are so many things we'd have liked to have known before. Three bedrooms with plenty of room for kids, all nice and air conditioned. That's where the cool air ends. The rest of the house has no air conditioning. August in Cabo is hot and humid. When you come back from fishing all day, you want air conditioning! At least we do. The pool at least gave us some relief. The deck is really hot and for those with kids, a lot of wasps. No one got stung, but if you have someone allergic, you might want to know that. Lots of tiles missing in the pool. You really, really need to rent a car for this location. Not a bad walk down the hill, but in the heat, you need to get a cab. That cost us a lot of money. I would definitely have rented a car if I'd known that. The overall condition of the house is that it really needs a makeover. Not sure what is going on with their septic/sewer system, but the bathrooms reeked. We finally concluded it was coming from the shower and or sink pipes, so we kept them covered with a damp washcloth, which made the smell tolerable. For a house that is to accommodate three families, it needs more silverware and glasses. Just note this is an older house and hopefully will get a makeover soon.

Christmas in Cabo

We arrived at the house early and the maids let us drop off our luggage so we could on about our day. The house is within walking distance of town, but unless you are good with walking steep hills you will need a cab to get home. Our youngest grandson really enjoyed the warm pool. Would book again.

Classic Charmer, great for families!

This place was great! The owner was easy to talk to, the management company was friendly and helpful. The house location was fantastic if you plan on doing things in downtown Cabo (which was our goal, but we actually spent more time at the house because we enjoyed it so much). There's a heated pool in the front, with a great view of Cabo and the ocean. There's a back deck with a great bbq set up just off the kitchen. There's a little bar set up on the top floor for drinks with an even better view! We were able to sit up there and watch the fireworks up the beach every night with a cocktail. To address former reviews that weren't so favorable, here are my thoughts on that. This is an older place.. (think of the Ponderosa ranch from bonanza). It's got a big wood hewn dining room table, and everything is tile, floors walls, bathrooms bathtubs/showers..etc.. or stucco. It's obviously one of the older houses in the development, and sits right next to a house that's very up to date (but 4 times as much.. I checked). So if you're prone to neighbor envy, even though you've got this incredible view.. you're probably going to look at the grass on the other side of the fence and feel a little tug. .. but this place is very well equipped and comfortable.. if you don't absolutely have to have a place decked out like Mandarin Oriental, you'll love it here. Big kitchen, big dining room big family room with large flat screen tv and air hockey table. Bedrooms set up for big families.. with a master bedroom on one floor, and two other rooms with multiple beds upstairs. Highly recommend you rent a car, as the walk to town is short and easy.. but hiking back up the hill is really challenging.. and the local taxi mafia just kicked Uber out.. and are asking upwards of 15 bucks to take 4 ppl less than a mile. We rented a car and used it for airport transfers, grocery runs, and would just park it at the bottom of the hill for a couple pesos, and we were good to go! if you have a big family, or comfortable group of friends, grab this place if you can, you won't regret it!

Location is beautiful...house is super dated.

Would I go back and stay at this home? No. Here's my reason why. The owner was great to work with, I have no problems with him, it was the home that needed attention. Nothing has been updated since the home was built. Everything is extremely tired. It needs all new pots & pans, furniture, dishes, towels, rugs, decor, etc... The pool was cleaned once in the week we were there. By the end of the week, with 9 of us using it, it was a cloudy green cauldron. Everything that we used in the kitchen needed a good scrubbing before I felt okay using it. I'm not a neat freak by any means, but I like things to be cleaned properly. I didn't mind the hike up the hill, but it is a serious workout if you're not in at least decent shape. It took us about 20 minutes to get into town and 30 to hike back up the hill. Taxi's from downtown will run you between $15-35 (negotiate before you get in the car or they will charge whatever they want). It would have been helpful if the home had an owner's manual. We had to figure out how to turn the gas oven on and things like turning the pool back on after the pool guys cleaned it. The last day we were there the gas ran out. The stove wouldn't light so we cooked on the BBQ. Lot's of little irritations, but we were with a fun group and we never let any of it bother our vacation. Our first thought, after checking in and seeing the home in person, was why didn't we just stay at a nice hotel right on the beach??

There was a hurricane & it was great!

This is a wonderful place to stay! We endured a hurricane while there, and it was one of the best vacations I've taken! Scott really seemed concerned & his management company was prompt in fixing everything. It was quite amazing. I'm sure you won't have to deal with such extreme weather, so your stay will be just as great, if not better. The house was roomy, clean and quite beautiful. The view and pool are to die for. This place is perfect for a couples/friends getaway or a family. There isn't air on the main floor, but most of us did not have problem with the temperature. No reason to hang out inside anyway! We got massages and catering directly at the house. The Pedregal Resort was helpful for taxis. Cabo is a lot of fun, but we spent the majority of our time hanging out by the pool & enjoying the view. Everything's close & the price can't be beat! ...did I mention the pool & view? ;)
