My stay here was wonderful! Here are some of the reasons why it was so great:-A beautiful view. -A spacious and beautiful unit with everything you need. -A 2 minute walk to the semi-private beach.-Easy pickup and drop off for Ubers. -Darren was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions I had. Such a great experience.

Amazing View!

Amazing view! Able to see Lands End, city lights, cruise ships and watch whales all from the balcony. Comfortable condo with everything you need for vacation.

Great Cabo stay

The condo was great!! View from the balcony was incredible. The pool/bar and grill had great drinks and great food. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean, safe & quiet, friendly staff, perfect location, million-dollar views — can’t say enough good things about this property! All amenities furnished, all needs met. You truly don’t need to leave if you don’t want to. Pool & pool (full) bar were amazing, including all staff, prices, cleanliness & food. Walk to the Sea of Cortez (swimmable beach!) was steep but short & easy — worth the price of admission alone! You don’t need to overspend on a resort if you’re willing to stop at the grocery store on your way into Misiones & make yourself breakfast. Everything else is provided/available. Convenience store on site was so helpful. Don’t skip lunch or dinner at SEAD! Gorgeous, delicious food - completely reasonable prices. Skip the Mona Lisa shenanigans and overpriced menu, dine at SEAD, watch the sunset from your balcony. Darren was available & responsive, as was Elihu, although we didn’t necessarily need them for much. Be aware that Uber drivers will ask you for cash versus paying thru the app. You can get ahead of this by telling them when you order the car that you are paying with your CC thru Uber, and if they choose to cancel, you just order another one. They’re overpriced no matter which way you pay. Book this condo, visit Cabo — you will NOT regret it. Amazing! 10/10, will absolutely be back!

Amazing place

This condo is great!, very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, away from the party area. The views from the balcony are stunning, we truly enjoyed our stay there. Can’t wait to go back.

Room had everything you could ask for. Kitchen fully furnished with spices and appliances. Super nice! Comfortable and clean. View was amazing. Communication with the owner & property manager was great. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We saw and heard humpback whales every morning while enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony. The food at the pool bar was surprisingly very good. I recommend the tacos. Man do they know how to make guacamole down there. Close enough to downtown Cabo but not to close. Anyway it was a very nice stay. Cheers.

Great stay at this condo

The condo was very large and well kept. The location was fabulous. Total privacy on your front patio but walk out and you are steps from the pool. Beautiful beach views and the condo is within walking distance of two huge grocery stores that have everything and plenty of restaurants from taco places to upscale. Great location. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Lovely penthouse condo with large lanai, ocean views, sunsets and palm trees! Spacious and comfotable with super amenities. Great all around

The pictures don’t do the views justice. The condo was very well stocked and the property manager was very responsive. The unit was in excellent shape and close to the grocery store within the development. I will definitely book again.

Amazing view

Beautiful condo, amazing view, big well equipped kitchen! Close to Cabo, further from San Jose. Condo itself is perfect, The only down side is establishment nearby that plays loud music into the night. Not great for someone who wants to sleep early but nothing like downtown Cabo either.

Comfortable and convenient location just outside Downtown Cabo

Property offered Beach access and nice swimming pool with swim up bar with great, friendly service Jazz on the Rocks was a fun club style /restaurant that was a 4 minute walk. Views from the restaurant are spectacular. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Balcony was our favorite part. Palm trees did impede the view a little, but overall it was still fabulous.

Simply Amazing

The property and location is amazing. EVERYTHING you need is stocked, except food, of course🙂. The view is breathtaking. So relaxing waking up with a beverage and sitting on the balcony each morning. I have already booked for a return visit to Darren's property. It's my "go to" place. I truly had a relaxing and fun vacation. Thank you Darren for the amazing experience. It's all us vacationers ever want and you "did that".

We want first dibs when you sell!!

Gorgeous, perfect view, and atmosphere. The pool and beach were spotless. Customer service was 2nd to none. Every type of pan, dish, cocktail glasses included. Loved the bbq. We wanted to loose our flight money and stay as long as you would keep us! Ubers super easy. We had a fantastic time! Oh, and lots of dolphins!

Amazing view, quiet and comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It’s located outside of town about 15 min, so it was nice and quiet. Off the large deck, an amazing ocean view with sunrise to your left, sunset to your right with comfortable seating. The layout of the condo and amenities were great. The beach is where we spent our time and it’s just a perfect spot. Snorkeling, floating in the waves, even surfing at times with no vendors and easy to leave stuff unattended without risk. We just loved it! Seriously, you will not regret this place! Highly recommend Fresko grocery store across the highway. Good prices since they offer local/non brands for cheeses and such. They have everything!

Fantastic views from well stocked unit

Stayed for a week in this very well equipped unit. Nothing was lacking! Beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, beach towels. More kitchen supplies than you can use in a week. AC and ceiling fans kept us cool. Patio gets sun most of the day with amazing views! Beach was beautiful and quiet. Main pool was great with super staff at the bar/restaurant. Second pool needs attention with missing tilework, broken chairs, etc but the view from it is amazing.

Can't wait to return!

This is a nicely appointed condo with a great ocean view that includes views of the sunset and the Los Cabo skyline. The unit has access to a semi-private beach where there is good wading and snorkeling. The condo community is relaxed. The complex includes a great swim-up bar and grill. The staff were all experienced and very professional. Safety was never a concern. Ubers await close by to quickly take you downtown or anywhere else you might want to go. The host, Darren, was on top of everything. I wish all hosts were this good.
