    - Public Transportation: While El Tezal is primarily residential, there are public buses and taxis available for getting around. Buses run along the main road and can take you to downtown Cabo San Lucas or nearby beaches.

    - Rental Car: Renting a car gives you the flexibility to explore the area at your own pace. There are several rental car agencies in Cabo San Lucas where you can arrange a vehicle.

    - Walking: El Tezal is pedestrian-friendly, with sidewalks along many streets. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions.

    7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.



    8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.



    9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.



    10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Place was perfectly situated with beautiful views! My wife and I were in Cabo for the first time and it was a 5 star experience from beginning to end! We will certainly be staying here again!

Everything was stunning and neatly prepared it was clean and very stocked One thing that I don't think it has to do with the host is that the pools need to be redone and better maintained but either way we had a great time

Fantastic View!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is modern and fresh. The views were amazing…loved sitting on the rooftop patio under the stars. For those wondering about location, it is a 130 peso Uber ride from downtown Cabo, and has a large grocery store next to the Costco, so grabbing anything is very easy. Highly recommend.

What a lucky find! Fabulous property!

This condo exceeded our expectations - beds were comfy, unit is well appointed, it was quiet and the unit felt spacious and super CLEAN! Views from the living room and private rooftop patio are stunning. Groceries are within walking distance, and so are a number of restaurants - but also just a short car ride into Cabo so the location was just perfect for us. Customer service was great, and our questions were answered quickly. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay, the property is as lovely as the images suggest. There is a Costco and grocery store right across the street so preparing and eating in at the condo is very convenient. There are five restaurants just up the street if you want to eat out. We used Uber which was much better than renting a car. Highly recommend this condo and would return as there are many golf courses close by and you can watch the whales in the harbour from the balcony.

Cabo San Lucas Exceeded Expectations!

I am in love with Cabo!! The condo was beautiful and being a penthouse gave us that extra living space to barbecue and relax. We had a gorgeous view of the sea and the arch. The location is 10 minutes from the marina and all the action of Cabo’s restaurants and bars. We were close to so many beaches. San Jose del Cabo was about a 25 minute drive. We rented a car so we were able to venture out to other areas nearby. The condo’s property management was excellent and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this property and would stay again. A great place for the cost.

We had an amazing time at this incredibly well laid out unit. It came with everything you'd need for a relaxing time in Los Cabos. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the WiFi at the unit could use some work. No devices, including the TVs would connect to the Internet due to weak signal. Wasn't enough of an issue for us and I trust that if we had said something, it would have been resolved promptly. The rooftop patio views, BBQ, and wet bar are amazing! We will be back.

Lovely but a little noisy

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Vela II. The unit was lovely and the views amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony and unwinding. It’s so convenient when you’re staying in a VRBO to have a grocery store and Costco literally a few hundred feet away! Makes the nights in hassle free. The only drawback is when you’re sitting outside the noise from the delivery trucks and highway are a distraction. Especially when you want to unplug and really decompress. The amenities are wonderful so don’t hesitate to book this penthouse. The team at Naya homes are always within reach to make your stay a pleasant experience.
