It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Downtown San Lucas, walking distance to your own private beach where it is a daily occurrence to see and experience the beauty of multiple species of whales, especially mid December through mid April; It is their winter nursery warm calm water= safer babies!

The Master suite is to the left with boasting scenic views of the city and the ocean alike. King Bed with ample Closet space, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The Queen Suite offers views of its own, and two additional roll out beds as needed, You will find another full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Both Suites are SmartTV ready, WiFi equipped, and bath towels & Beach towels provided per guest.
The kitchen has all you will need to make your cooking and dining as efficient as possible.

We ask that you are respectful to the community and any loud noises are kept indoors respectfully. If for some reason security is called to the property it could result in a fine that is the renters responsibility.
