The Space:

Casa del Mar is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo professionally managed by Ronival Property Management, located in the peaceful and exclusive community of Mavila. A charming, village-style community within Quivira Los Cabos, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, walking paths, and great amenities. During your stay, you'll have access to the community swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and relaxing outdoor lounge areas.



This beautiful condo has been designed with comfort in mind. Offering bright interiors, contemporary furnishings, and an open layout that makes it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, creating a welcoming space for cooking together, enjoying meals, or simply spending time with family and friends after a day exploring Los Cabos.



The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Guests staying in Quivira get to enjoy some fantastic perks! You'll have access to the Quivira Golf Club at a special rate, a discount on spa treatments, and you can even use the amenities at the Pacifica and Sunset restaurants (subject to their availability). The Neighborhood:

Mavila is located within Quivira, an exclusive Luxury development just 20 min from downtown. Quivira sits on one of the best golf courses in Latin America "Quivira Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and Near-by resorts: Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach which is a family-friendly resort and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, which is an adults-only resort



Getting Around:

To make the most of your stay and explore Cabo and the surrounding beaches, we highly recommend renting a car. Complimentary on-site parking is included, and we'd be happy to help arrange a rental before your arrival.

Please note that Uber has limited access within Quivira. Uber drivers are permitted to drop guests off, but they are not allowed to enter the community for pick-ups. Taxis are available 24/7, and our Concierge Team can also arrange private transportation whenever needed.

Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.

Whether you need help arranging transportation, booking activities, making dinner reservations, or simply have a question during your stay, we're available to make sure everything goes smoothly.



Interaction with Guests:

• No pets are allowed in the Mavila community, as required by the Homeowners Association.

• Mavila is a newly developed community, and there might be some construction activity during the day (Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). All community amenities are fully completed and operational, and most guests find any daytime noise to be minimal.

• Mavila is a non-smoking community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all common areas, including the pool and landscaped gardens.

• We highly recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay. While taxis and private transportation are readily available, Uber is only permitted for drop-offs inside Quivira and cannot enter the community to pick up guests. Our Concierge Team will be happy to assist with airport transfers, private transportation, or car rentals.

• To ensure a safe and consistent experience for all guests, outside vendors are not permitted inside the community or the property. If you're interested in chef services, massages, transportation, or other experiences, our Concierge Team can recommend trusted, approved providers.

• Please note that the Mavila Club BBQ grills are reserved exclusively for owners. Guest use is not permitted and is subject to a $150 USD HOA fine.

• Monthly reservations are welcome. An additional refundable security deposit per month may apply. Please contact us before booking for details.

• Since the condo is located within a private gated community, all guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and complete the HOA registration prior to arrival. We'll send you everything you need before your stay.
