We took our family for our summer family vacation to Cabo and stayed here. We have 2 adult kids and their spouses and one younger child. We had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool. The home was exactly as listed. We enjoyed the meals catered in by Ronival thru their chef service. 10000% recommend

Lovely and spacious home

Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out in this lovely Pedregal home. We appreciated the hot tub on windy days and the availability of beach towels, a cooler, and chairs! The neighborhood was quiet and access to the beach is just across the street. The hosts’ responsiveness was wonderful and I’m sure we could have planned even more through them. Highly recommend dinner at Fenix in the mountain club.

Paradise!! Wonderful!!

Wow!! Amazing property and views!! We loved being across from the beach! The pool and palapa area create a wonderful relaxing vibe. The sunsets are stunning!! 3 of the 4 bedrooms have stunning ocean views! We loved playing pickleball at the court across the street!! Pedregal gated community is private, quiet and safe. Our holiday stay was absolutely exceptional!! House is so comfortable and had everything we needed. Ale, Angie and the Ronival team were the best!! Right from the initial booking, the concierge team was so friendly and helpful to book airport transfers, taxis, dinner reservations, in house chef services, etc. They made sure our stay was wonderful!! We will definitely stay again!!

Great Cabo experience

There wasn't anything about this property that disappointed. The views of the Pacific are great, minutes away from the most beautiful non busy beach around Cabo. The heated pool and Spa got constant use. Like others have said there are plenty of stairs in the house if that's a problem for you. Angela was responsive with in minutes every time we messaged her for info,chef,grocery shopping and rides. We will be definitely returning.

Cabo Wedding

This property is beautiful! We went to Cabo San Lucas for a wedding of close family friends and this property was in the perfect location, across the street from the property our friends were staying and where the wedding was held. The rooms, the decor and the overall design of the house was so impressive! We all loved the outdoor pool, bar and seating areas and the views were breathtaking! We were met with snacks and margaritas and Angie was helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. We definitely want to come back!

A very special Thanksgiving getaway

This property has to be seen to be believed. A Mediterranean villa in the most desirable spot of Pedregal— one step up access from the almost deserted Pedregal beach and with a breathtaking 270 degree view of mountains dotted with other bleached stone palaces, plus a panoramic view of the bluest ocean ever. All the inside spaces are generous and elegant. The pool and spa are stunning. The hospitality team was superb. Always available but never pushy. We worked through them to book dinner reservations, a driver and to charter a private 42’ sail/cruiser one morning. We even told them the temperature we wanted the pool and there it was waiting for us—exactly.

Fantastic Property

Great location on the beach. Property is very well maintained and property management company is second to none. They made every part of our trip stress free. Stunning property!

This villa was a perfect place for our girl’s vacation. Absolutely breathtaking view close to the beach. Walking distance to everything (as long as you don’t mind a few hills). The home was updated and clean. Layout was perfect for bedroom or privacy, yet the common space was perfect for gathering. Host was at our back and call and everything ran smoothly. I’d love another chance to stay at Villa Brisa Del Mar. pure perfection.

Great location

This is a very nice villa on the Pacific side of Cabo. The villa is a very short walk to the beach. The accommodations are very nice and we did not lack for anything during our stay. The pool area is very private, which is what we wanted. We also did not want cleaning service every other day as it was just the two of us. They were more then willing to allow us our privacy. We needed some additional groceries and they were happy to accommnodate our last minute request. The only negative for us was the number of stairs. We are both senior citizens and climbing the number of stairs in the property was taxing for us. I recently had lung surgery so it was especially difficult for me. If you are in great health and stairs don't bother you, it is a great place to stay.

Blown Away by Villa Brisas del Mar

We could not stop saying "wow" upon entering this amazing home. The villa and the vista it offers is amazing. We quickly realized we were steps away from the beach, were afforded excellent whale watching from each of the ocean facing bedroom patios and from the palapa on the main pool deck, and knew we had found a place designed for relaxation. All of these things - the beach, whale watching, and downtime were important to our group. Roberto (from Ronival) was waiting for us to provide a guided tour of the villa to insure we understood all of the amenities it had to offer. He also helped arrange for our private in-house meals prepare by Eat Cabo, as well as coordinating our groceries we pre-ordered, and ensure things were put away in a logical arrangement (we had a diverse list of food items and everyone was very pleased with what was selected for us). He constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the house (loved the level of communication and the willingness to assist when needed). The villa is beautiful and airy - lovely doors and barrel vault ceilings, spacious - plenty of space for our group of 8, is well appointed - one of the BEST stocked rental home kitchens I have ever seen, a pair of washers and dryers [and laundry supplies available to the guest during your stay], comfortable - each room has it's own thermostat, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, and situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Overall, if you are looking for lovely ocean views, a peaceful location, be steps from the beach, have plenty of space just to chill, and be well taken care of by your rental home host, you cannot beat Brisas del Mar.
