Excellent stay. Great condo and great location. 5 minute walk to the beach and easy walk to most restaurants. Had a couple minor issues but Hugo addressed them immediately. Highly recommend!

The condo was very cozy. The roof top area was excellent. We had view of the fireworks almost nightly. Would definitely stay here again. Hugo’s guacamole is the best I’ve ever tasted. Still want the recipe.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations! Everything was clean and in working order. Hugo arranged airport transportation and we were welcomed at the condo with delicious homemade guacamole and a personal tour with Hugo.

Amazing spacious condo with all the amenities needed. It was especially nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available to us We greatly appreciated the warm Mexican welcome treat by Hugo. He was very attentive to our needs and took care of us very well. We loved the heated pools and closeness to the beach. The condo is on a busy road so traffic noise should be expected, but the convenience of the location was worth it. Be sure to check out the hike with dogs at the Lands End mountains by the marina and the Thursday night art walk in San Jose Del Cabo.

We had an amazing vacation at this property. The condo is beautiful…the rooftop deck is beyond amazing…and its location was great for beach access and visiting downtown. U er makes travel to restaurants and bars extremely convenient. We loved the two oils and the rooftop deck. The views are amazing. The condo is well furnished, stocked, and comfortable. We could not have been happier.

Wonderful property. The views were absolutely beautiful. The beach is walking distance. There is a ton of things to do that are walking distance. The condo was very clean and very well taken care of. The check in was very easy and we were very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations! Communication was great and Humberto was so helpful with booking transportation and local restaurant recommendations. Had 2 pools on the property. Within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Had all the comfort of home. Would highly recommend staying here.

Property is very nice, unfortunately had to leave a few days early due to an emergency back home. Great view, comfortable beds. AC could have been a little colder for us but not bad.

Close enough to everything we need, on the edge of town so it stayed mellow. Rooftop deck was the best and hottub made for relaxing evenings and good sleep.

Ladies trip - 50th Birthday Celebration

This property is stunning! We are familiar with the area and the location was perfect as the beach is just a block away! Safe area and beautiful pools at the condo! Our unit was gorgeous! Very well maintained and spotless when we arrived! Communication with the PM was easy and his response was clear and very timely! He addressed our many questions before and during our stay. He arranged our transportation to and from the airport and our driver helped us stop and shop at Costco! The organization of our arrival was perfect, with the PM meeting us at the door after our arrival from the airport/Costco. They both helped us carry up our luggage and groceries and all of the lights were on and windows open awaiting our arrival! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful stay and amazing service. The facilities were perfect for the 5 of us, however the cot was a little small for the fifth so she slept on the couch, which was comfortable anyway! The two large full bathrooms suited us all and the kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities of home. We were able to wash our beach towels in the washing machine as well. The building was quiet this time of year which was enjoyable! Rooftop balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean! The one thing is the spiral staircase that leads to the second balcony is quite tight in diameter so would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues or who may be larger in size. Thank you Humberto for a wonderful holiday! We will definitely rebook in the future!!

Nice rental

The rental was nice and very clean. Really enjoyed the roof top hot tub. Bed was fairly comfortable, there were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. Hugo told us about an issue with a bee hive on the deck and stopped by several times to have it sprayed. It did not really bother us at all, and did not hinder our use of the upstairs or downstairs patio. The unit is a quick walk to the beach. We were glad to find beach chairs and umbrellas on the upper deck. We really didn’t have any complaints with the unit. Minor issues were The elevator which is tiny and hot and so slow…there is significant street noise at night, but considering how close we were to the highway kind of expected it a bit. Hugo arranged our transport which went very smoothly. He was waiting at the unit when we arrived with the best guacamole we gave ever had, Cold drinks and chips. A staff member brought up our luggage and groceries and even put the groceries away for us. Tips: buy the churros from the beach vendor that walks the beach. They were the best we had while in Cabo. Try the Cabo bakery, playroom for kids and the most amazing French toast and omelets. For amazing shrimp tacos and ceviche go to Punta Médano Ceviche Bar, early in your stay. You’ll want to go more than once. Would definitely recommend this rental. We had a great time

Amazing condo with great views

My family had a wonderful time!! Hugo was extremely helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. The condo was centrally located with a surprisingly short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!!

So much better than a resort or hotel

This place couldn’t have been better for us. It’s walking distance to the beach, as well as downtown Cabo. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. Great views, rooftop hot tub, and kitchen were all a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Great place, great location

We just enjoyed a week here and will be renting again. Communication with Hugo (property manager) was outstanding and the place was clean, welcoming, and well stocked. The chairs, cooler, and umbrella for the beach were much appreciated. The location couldn't be better. 2 minute walk to the beach and less then 10 minutes to the marina. Highly recommend!

Relaxing luxury vacation with a view!

Very clean condo with plenty of space and privacy! Close to the beach but walking distance to the fun! Easy access to Uber if walking is not preferred. Rooftop privacy was great to relax in the sun. We had everything we needed. We would definitely book this condo again.

Great alternative to hotel/resort

Large unit with rooftop deck and jacuzzi at a reasonable price. The manager Hugo met us at the unit with beers chips and guacamole, a much needed refreshment after traveling all day! Would recommend they provide a water cooler so we wouldn’t have to buy so many bottles of water and to cut down on trash. Close to the beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas. Would stay again.

Great location and facilities

Everything about this condo was great. Karen and Hugo were also very helpful. I would definitely stay again. I only gave a 4 to cleanliness because the upholstery and some of the walls are in need of deep cleaning.

Great Location and Condo

We absolutely loved this Condo. We have stayed in the complex before but this condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Huego the concierge was waiting for us when we arrived and got us checked in right away. He had chips and Guacamole waiting for us and showed us around the condo. He had also arranged transportation for us from airport and back. He always answered our text right away. This condo is in a great location to walk to most places. The hot tub was nice at night to sit in and have a glass of wine.All in all it was a great place to stay at.

Location was perfect!

PROS: This is the second time we stayed at this complex but first time in this unit. Safe area/complex. Short walk to everything. Cheap Uber ride to everything else. This particular unit had a comfy king size bed and amazing pillows. Thermostat was self -controlled so we never felt uncomfortable. Water pressure in showers was good. Condo, hot tub, grounds and pools all extremely clean. Provides 4 chairs and umbrellas. Use them! To rent these things at the beach is $15 per item. My husband and I paid $45 the first two days until we found the chairs/umbrellas on the side of the hot tub. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Lots of spices left over from prior guests. We ran out of toilet paper and Hugo brought us some extra the following day-thank you Hugo. The host was able to accommodate our early check in and late check out requests. Just know, it’s not a guarantee. All depends on availability. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed with this location or the comforts of this condo. SUGGESTIONS IF YOU STAY HERE: Toilet in master bedroom was temperamental. So be gentle with how much toilet paper you put in the bowl at a time. In all fairness, this issue was not isolated to this particular condo. Had the same issue in a different condo last year. Check the propane tank on the day you arrive so you can get a replacement tank if needed. Our tank was completely empty. Made for an inconvenient night since all our food was prepped and ready to cook.
