Cabo Getaway with Family and Grandkids

Truly Paradise! Villa LaEstancia was the perfect location for our family vacation! The view of the Sea of Cortez from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo was immaculate and decorated perfectly. We used the shopping service which we definitely recommend. The on-site market/deli was great for snacks, treats and beverages. Kitchen was well provisioned. We prepared breakfasts and several meals since our guys had success deep sea fishing. The resort was perfect with so many amenities available. The security was great too. Resort is a 15-20 minute walk to town, marina, and shopping. Perfect location to everything but just far enough for peace and relaxation! The pool was fantastic and our five grandchildren enjoyed every minute in it. The kids absolutely loved lunch and mango/pinata smoothies poolside. Yummy!Communication with Arnie was great! We’ve only been home a week and our family are asking when can we go again! Thanks for the memories Beautiful Villa 1303. We absolutely loved our stay here!!

Spectacular view, great resort for an extended family gathering.

We had considered multiple options when booking and were very happy with this condo. Enjoyed the restaurants of all three Villa properties, Estancia had the best pools - least crowded, kids enjoyed waterfalls/fountains. Fun music/dance shows at Palmar - can watch for free from near pizza restaurant. Wonderful week

Beyond Our Expectations!!

This villa was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, clean, and in the perfect location at the resort. The bedrooms are very large, the kitchen was spacious and well equipped, and the 4 bathrooms suited us four gals just perfectly. Communication between the owners and us was extremely prompt and they provided ample tourist information that was very beneficial. We would definitely recommend this VRBO villa to anyone who is looking for the perfect vacation accommodations in Cabo. We’d stay here again!!!

Great stay

This was our 4th stay at VLE - our first in this unit. The owner was great. Quick communication. Check-in was easy. We love that VLE offers spacious 3 bd / 4 bath units with extra large balconies. Location is quiet & relaxing away from the party scene, but a quick ($9) taxi to anywhere downtown. Our group - my older parents, my husband and I, and our 19 y son - stayed for 10 days. Unit was well stocked, beds were comfortable, A/C & fans everywhere. We didn't cook, but everything was there if we wanted to. Perfect for a family vacation. The staff at VLE are so sweet! The maids, the bell boys, the pool staff - awesome! We love Cabo and can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Stay!

Villa Estancia was fantastic! Property description was right on. Few things to note… Definitely stop at the grocery store on your way to the property, food is ridiculously expensive in the market… For example, a small carton of Häagen-Dazs ice cream was $25 and a package of Oreos was $22. Food at the restaurants on site was good although very expensive. There are lots of different restaurant options off the property. Overall, loved the pool, the beach and the three-bedroom… It was perfect for our family of five.

Great visit to Cabo & Villa La Estancia!!

Our family of 6 had a fantastic time in Cabo San Lucas and our villa was perfect! The villa was as described but better than the pictures. The views were spectacular, and the villa was very well equipped. The property was AMAZING!!! My wife is particular about her lodging and was thrilled with the location and amenities of the property. The staff at VLE were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel so very welcome. The property and grounds were immaculate adding to the wonderful ambiance. The gym and locker rooms were gorgeous and more than ample for any workout. We only ate at one property restaurant but it was sooooo good. Transportation into town is easy and fairly inexpensive making it easy to get into town. Also the property is very secure and safe, but IMO the whole town is. We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend staying in this location and this villa. The only downside (minimally important IMO) is that during our stay the beach was not swimmable. You can walk about 10 min down the beach for a swim if you like, but the pool was great so we stayed there to cool off. Thank you to the wonderful staff and owner for providing such a lovely experience!

Lovely spot!

Great location overlooking the pool and common area. Spacious, clean unit with lovely large outdoor patio space. Arnie was great about communicating what was available (food, groceries, transportation, etc.) and Estancia staff is fabulous. If you catch any fish, make sure to talk to the poolside restaurant about preparing tacos. They provide a fabulous spread.

A beautiful location

My family members had a great vacation. The unit was spacious, and accommodated 6 people well. There were a few maintenance blips, AC, fans, shower head, but the maintenance crews were quick to fix. Overall a good experience and we would return to La Estancia.

La Estancia 3bd condo

We had three couples staying in a 3 bd condo for husbands 65th birthday. It was the perfect setup and amount of space with three master suites and a shared living/ kitchen! Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Cabo La Estancia 2023

Love the property and the 3 Master bedroom situations which made all three couples feel "special". Views were great and glad the big ships were there for only one day! Pillows could use a refresher as they were very lumpy . Store close by was helpful to buy coffee filters and dish and laundry soap as well as basic food supplies for cooking. We never could get the DVD to accept our discs for our movie night so you may want to take a look at that. It was a wonderful vacation.

Incredible property

When staying in Cabo, your “home base” is a critical part of the experience. This property has an amazing view and plenty of room for all the guests. Most importantly, it is part of a three hotel resort giving you access to almost a dozen restaurants, six pools, a mini mart and more. It is also less then 10 minutes from all the action downtown but very quiet at night.

A great Location

Our stay at Villa Estancia was amazing. This place is a 3 bedroom condo that is run like a hotel. A clean and upscale place with beautiful views. Arnie is communicative and super friendly. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing accommodations in a beautiful resort!

My family of 7 stayed at this location. The accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff at the resort were incredible accommodating. I recommend the all inclusive food plan, it was well worth the money. Highly recommend!!

Perfection

We are not new to the Villa properties but this was our first stay at Estancia and it was nothing short of amazing. The property and views are beautiful and the staff is friendly. The welcome we received on arrival was a great way to start off the trip. We took full advantage of all the amenities, including those within the unit. Estancia is only a short cab ride to downtown Cabo, or walk the beach down to the Marina. We can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular

Great location, great resort, great service, great beach. Everything was clean. Employees were always out keeping the property clean. Very friendly employees - front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, swim-up bar employees. Had a great time, would definitely recommend and would return.
