HOLIDAY RESERVATION – 14 NIGHTS

This is a fixed 14-night holiday reservation from December 21, 2026 through January 4, 2027.

The rental price is for the full 14-night reservation. Guests are welcome to arrive after December 21 or depart before January 4 if their travel plans require it; however, the reservation remains for the full 14 nights and there are no prorated refunds or credits for late arrival or early departure.

Serious offers for the full 14-night stay are welcome. If you are genuinely interested in the entire reservation but would like to propose a different total price, please send me an inquiry through Vrbo with your offer. Reasonable offers will be considered.

The reservation is non-refundable once booked.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to resort availability.

A government-issued ID and credit card are requested at check-in for incidental charges and applicable resort fees.

Additional resort charges: Hacienda del Mar currently assesses a resort fee and environmental fee payable directly to the resort. Fees are established by Hacienda del Mar and are subject to change.
