Dads spring break

This is our sixth biennial spring break with three dads and eight kids. We loved the central location, close to the marina and all of the restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great Location Near Marina

The place was roomy and comfortable. It is a bit dated, but we didn't expect a new place. Paint was peeling I some places, but with humidity it is hard to prevent. It is on the quiet side of the marina, but you could still hear bands playing till early morning. Good value.

Not impressed

The condo location was great however, it was not clean or maintained. We did not get a response from the owner when we sent inquiries. We cleaned glass off the kitchen floor, the floors in both condos were dirty, there was garbage left on one of the nightstands, dirty underwear in another bedroom, the showerheads in a couple of the bathrooms are rusted out and need to be replaced and broken kitchen tiles that would be a danger to anyone who stepped on them.

Great location, Great condo, Great communication

me and 8 friends all stayed here and loved it. The Cabo Cantina, which shows all the NFL games and UFC fights, is right downstairs. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to Tacos Guss. It's about a 15 minute walk to the nearest super market and Walmart. The condo wifi and air conditioning worked well. Anytime I had a question Katie responded quickly. I would stay here again.

Plaza Nautica hot spot

The property was spacious and had no maintenance issues of any type. However, the mattresses on all the beds were VERY uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor. In fact, one of the pull outs was broken and actually lacerated my daughters nose. There was a frequent sewer smell in the bathrooms even with the drain covers on. The location is fabulous though, and we had a very good time.

Great place!

What an amazing condo! We had the privilege of staying here last weekend. The condo is everything that you see online and even better. It's a perfect location, spacious and has a great pool. The owner was very easy to work with an responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very great location, close to everything, specially the night life. Medano beach was 15 minute walk down the marina strip. The condo was hard to find because the name of the condo was not on the booking and the address listed was non existent according to google maps. The name of the condo is the Plaza Nautica. Staff was very friendly and there is security. The condo was fine except that the all the beds were very uncomfortable and firm. Some of the pull out sofas were not in very good condition, and one of the condos had a very strong smell like sewer throughout our stay. We were a group of 14 people and we all had enough space. The kitchen was missing spoons and the stoves were very slow to heat things up. Overall, great location for someone who is looking to stay near all the night life.

Amazing location and beautiful rooms.

Stayed here with a group of 6 guys and we were all very happy with these condos. Well appointed, clean, everything as described and an amazing location. Close to Marina, DT Cabo, restaurants, shopping and clubs. Pool area was great for relaxing in the sun! The entire group said they would book here again and would recommend this spot to friends. Great location!

Spent about a week fishing and diving. These units are in a perfect location to everything especially water activities. Not to mention close all night life and restaurants. Everything is an easy walk. I mean really easy walk! Units are as seen on pics. No real surprises. Safe as well. Full time security. In short we will return. It is as advertised and is really a good value!

Beautiful, clean, private, very friendly staff.

There was a group of 12 of us that stayed here in April 2018. I honestly feel like we were so lucky and blessed to find this property. The rooms are huge and the decks are so nice for lounging. The owner makes sure you have everything you need from towels, blankets, pool floaties, 2 sets of washer/dryers, 2 kitchens, and televisions in every room! She is also so kind, accommodating, and treats you just like family! The pool is beautiful, so relaxing, and gated so it’s very private. Every staff member is genuinely friendly and helpful, which is so rare! The residents that live in the complex are also so friendly and give great recommendations on things to do! It is located right in the Marina with food and shops literally right at your front steps. All the bars and nightlife are only 5 minutes walking distance away! It’s also a 15 minute walk or 5 minute water taxi to the beach and the taxis are fun, you see seals every time, and only $3-5/per person. I don’t think we could have picked a more ideal and perfect spot to stay! We are already planning another trip to Cabo and will 100% book this property again. We were so pleased with this property/location that we would plan our trip around availability of this property! I would give this property a 100 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend!!

It was perfect for our girls Bachelorette party!

The place accommodated 14 of us girls. The place was in the most perfect convinient place in Cabo. For the night clubs it was perfect walking distance and it was in a safe area. The lights went out in of the rooms and I messaged the host and she replied very prompts which was very helpful. We were able to fix that problem. Other than that nothing was wrong with this place. I’d definitely return!!!
