The Space:

Welcome to Casa Estrella, where sweeping ocean views, your own private rooftop pool, and sun-filled days set the scene for an exceptional Cabo escape. Located in Cabo Costa, in the El Tezal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas, this beautifully furnished penthouse villa welcomes up to nine guests with four inviting bedrooms, each with a full ensuite bathroom, plus two additional half bathrooms. Gather with your favorite people, settle into the spacious surroundings, and let your vacation begin.



Make the most of Cabo’s sunshine on your private rooftop terrace, where the pool is reserved exclusively for guests of Casa Estrella. Take a refreshing dip, stretch out on a sun lounger, or settle into the comfortable outdoor seating and enjoy the views. During whale season, you may even catch sight of whales offshore from the pool—an unforgettable Cabo moment.



Fire up the BBQ grill for a relaxed rooftop meal and linger as the sun sets over Baja. A conveniently located rooftop half bathroom keeps everything within easy reach.



Ready for a beach day? Beach chairs, an umbrella, and an ice chest are provided. Pack your favorite drinks and snacks, and head out to enjoy Cabo’s beautiful coastline.

The modern kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and premium cookware, with a blender, coffee maker, and wine glasses for easy breakfasts and relaxed evenings together. Filtered drinking water, an in-home washer and dryer, and provided bath towels and bed linens make settling in easy. A second half bathroom is located near the laundry area, bringing the total to four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.



Serena’s local concierge team can help coordinate airport transfers, private chef dinners at the villa, boat outings, and restaurant reservations, making group travel easier to organize. Concierge arrangements are available upon request - we are always just a message away. Third-party services are charged separately.



Enjoy complimentary pool heating upon advance request. Please let Serena know before arrival which days you would like the pool heated so we can prepare it for your stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire home including the private patio and pool as well as the shared community clubhouse that features an infinity pool, gym and fire pit.

Our Villa is situated in the peaceful El Tezal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas, offering a serene residential retreat while remaining just minutes away from the vibrant heart of the city. You will enjoy easy access to the pristine sands of Santa Maria Beach and the lively atmosphere of Medano Beach, both reachable within a short drive. The world-class golf courses of Los Cabos are conveniently nearby for enthusiasts, and the bustling Cabo Marina is just a quick trip away, where you can explore a wide variety of exquisite dining options, exciting nightlife, boutique shopping, and various water excursions. This location provides the ideal balance of tranquil living and proximity to the very best attractions that Cabo has to offer.



Getting Around:

While ride services such as Uber and taxis are readily available in Cabo San Lucas, many guests choose to rent a car to explore the area more easily. The Villa is just a short drive from local beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and downtown Cabo, making it a convenient base for exploring Los Cabos and the surrounding coastline. Dedicated parking is available within the community for guests who choose to bring or rent a vehicle during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

While this unit’s building is completed this development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8am-6pm weekdays and from 8am-1pm Saturdays.



Pool service typically occurs on Fridays. The pool service company has authorization to enter the patio if you are not home. Please reach out for rescheduling if you think the service will interfere with your stay.
