  • Mavila 2505 is a 3-bed 5th floor Penthouse in a full ownership community with access to all Quivira restaurants and the most amazing sunset views! Bedrooms with King bed, Queen Bed (both with a 65” TV), & 2 twin beds with 55” TV, & a double sofa sleeper. Full washer/dryer laundry & fully equipped kitchen and propane grill. Home away from home in with access to the Quivira golf club!

    -High speed wifi
    -TV with streaming capabilities
    -Full washer/dryer
    -Quivira has an independent reverse osmosis water treatment system (not city water), plus a whole home water filtration system in the unit and on fridge dispensers where applicable. Many guests still choose to use bottled water for drinking, mostly for taste and peace of mind reasons.

    -Outdoor balcony kitchen with propane grill, sink, and refrigerator

    * There are no events of any kind allowed in this home. This includes, but is not limited to, parties or celebrations of any kind.
    * Only registered guests permitted. Any visitors must be approved by host and documented with the community security.

    This is a totally modern home away from home, and comes with all the furnishings and appliances necessary to happily stay a day, a month or a year. What are you waiting for?


    LOCATION & RESORTS:
    This unit is a special part of our CaboCondoVacations portfolio of 5-star short-term and long-term rental units. Our CaboCondoVacations team is onsite 7 days a week and our owners live in Quivira full time. We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.

    Mavila is the newest Quivira full-ownership family community with private secure gate. You will feel like you are in an upscale USA or Canadian community + all the advantages of Mexican weather, culture, food and fun!

    The registered guest, as listed in the reservation, must be present in the home. We do not allow booking on behalf of other guests.

    RESORT/COMMUNITY ACCESS INCLUDES:

    Mavila (full ownership community)
    -Secure private gated community
    -1 outdoor pool and a large sized hot tub
    -New gym!

    Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically:

    Within the resorts I would recommend:
    • ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts.
    • ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area.
    • The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests).
    • Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. Practically speaking, there is absolutely no commitment of guest access to resort reservable restaurants.
    • Our guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless they purchase the All-Inclusive package at the resorts. This is a new policy in 2025 and any listings claiming to allow this access are out of date.

    • There are numerous excellent restaurants which have recently opened just outside the Quivira gates given the rapid growth of the Quivira population. These are excellent options with great variety, quality, and value. Please ask for recommendations.

    * Guests have access to full ownership residential community where they are guests, not to other communities. Copala guests = Copala + golf + restaurants/bars only, Mavila guests = Mavila + golf + restaurants/bars only, etc.
    * Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.

    -If you are a runner or hiker, the desert, mountain and seaside options are amazing. The hike up to the lighthouse is a must-do for every active guest. For even more challenge try the trek on a mountain-bike or a run!
    -Make sure you visit the world famous marina! Amazing shopping, restaurants, bars, … oh and amazing boats!
    -Take your stab at our world class fishery – marlin, dorado, rooster fish, snapper, to name a few

Beautiful Cabo Condo

Just as described. Easy check in and out. Very clean and they were very responsive to all questions. Worked perfect for our needs.

Get rid of the nasty microfiber makeup washcloths. There was black hair ALL interwoven in them. Nasty!To have the NO vaping policy etc- the neighbors smoked weed night and day so we smelled that every time we were on the balcony.Not allowing Ubers and having to be dependent on shuttles etc was very inconvenient.

Gorgeous brand new unit!

The unit is gorgeous with a much better view than we anticipated. Furnishings were all brand new and very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Property management was extremely helpful, answering requests within minutes via WhatsApp. We will return and would recommend to anyone.

We did not stayed.The pictures posted in VRBO do not reflect the apartment.1) The pool is under construction. We checked the pool of the neighborhood and was covered by dust from construction.2) The view from the apartment to the golf course disappeared since was in maintenance and cover by dirt.3) Supposed to have 3 bathrooms and we only saw 2. We arrived at 4:30 pm and tried to talk to someone (Laura), sent messages and talked to some other people who had nothing to do with this apartment. We left around 6 pm to look for another place to spend the night.Unfortunately we didn’t take pictures.

Way far away

We were told there is a free shuttle to get to places around the complex, there wasn’t and there was no type of compensation or way to help us with that just that you can get a taxi which was anywhere from 16-30 round trip depending on when you went anyplace and when you don’t plan on that over an 8 day stay it gets spendy!! Nothing around Mavilla was done as far as pools they are still building it up so we always had to go to the main lobby hence the taxi ride always. The condo is real nice but it is always windy and it gets real cool at night

Secluded and quiet and peaceful with great views - new golf course getting constructed around

It was BEAUTIFUL ! Upon arrival, there was a few minor things that needed to get tended to, and they were! Comfort. Everything you need in the kitchen, beautiful patio, spacious, quiet Brand new everything and we got to take advantage of pretty much being first into this space. Very grateful! It was just my husband and I, but we could’ve had two other couples with us. It took a little bit of time, but we learn how to access /request rides in and out of the Quivira, lots of information you receive when Booking. Read over it! And ask questions :-) One very helpful thing was WhatsApp and they were very quick and helpful answering any questions that way! They also help you find rides-events-reservations. We did walk over to the golf course from here was uphill and over (hot day) but it was totally doable! From there on we took rides back-and-forth to different locations went into town We had friends staying close by the area. That is why we selected this condo as well, and it worked totally within walking distance to them. Felt very safe - On the last night there, we had a very exciting night and an owl was close by and swooped close to the veranda. I snapped a picture of it.❤️ Very Amazing The properties you will have access to itself are great- kind staff, great pools! The CABO VACATION Team was very helpful and communicative answering any questions we had and recommendations on and off the resort! Thank you for the wonderful memories and Vacation
