Advertisement photos are old. The condo was very dirty and dated. Advertisement said fully furnished kitchen. There is NO oven. Dishes are chipped. Mix-matched pots and pans. Dishwasher was NOT getting dishes clean. Cooking area has NO lighting. The 12-cup coffee maker did NOT work. Blender leaks out of the bottom. Charcoal grill was not usable. It was filthy, had a broken wheel, so it was unbalanced. There were no “area rugs,” as advertised. There were 10 dirty bathmats all over the place. Outdoor table and chairs are old and brittle. Both plastic shower liners were disgusting and slimy. Very low water pressure. Bedsheets worn out and slip off mattress. NO door on the primary bathroom. Secondary bed very old, loud and uncomfortable. Secondary bath drain was clogged with hair. Sliding glass door very hard to open and close. Advertisement said 3 pools and a hot tub. There are only 2 pools and NO hot tub. Advertisement said sleeps 6, 2 people would be on an air mattress. Sofa consist of cheap cushions on a concrete slab. There is a stackable washer and dryer. However, they say not to use both at the same time. A/C worked good. Advertisement should mention there is NO swimming allowed on that beach. The property/pools were very nice and location was convenient to shopping and restaurants.
