Our offsite and onsite hosts were both responsive and excellent to deal with. This property is located in a great spot and had all the amenities needed. We were greeted with some chips/gauc and drinks when we arrive which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Cabo. We could walk in about 15 to 20 minutes to most things we needed.

Our family of five just returned from our stay and had a fabulous time!! Hugo arranged our airport pickup and greeted us at the condo with some of the best guacamole ever, thank you :). Any questions we had, Hugo responded immediately!We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers - so great to pack up for a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and grills on both decks. The hot tub was a nice treat in the cooler evenings, We will be back!!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Hugo was very welcoming and explained everything in great detail about the accommodations and the area. The building is very quiet, clean and we felt at home here. Hot tub was great and we enjoyed the morning and evening on the rooftop patio. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

What can I say, this venue was amazing! The hosts were quite amazing and beneficial beyond words. They made me feel like family in their home. Always a highlight, the guacamole was superb! The location was great as well as the grounds and 24 hr security personnel. Beach was minutes away. But honestly, spent every night on the rooftop terrace just relaxing with the nice breeze . If ever I come back to Cabo, I will contact them first. Thanks Hugo and Duane!

Awesome condo located next to beach secure

The condo was extremely clean, well stocked with beautiful dishes and glasses. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with very nice hotel style decor .the only downfall was the rooftop deck, which was awesome to have very nice hot tub, but the furniture was extremely dirty and stained,we had to lay towels on it in order to lay on it.The beach chairs that we wanted to take to the beach were all broken up. We found only one that was completely Good. All the rest had broken straps or pieces were breaking off. I did advise the Condo Manager of that as well that was disappointing because several of us had to actually take the beach chairs to the beach in our hands when we were trying to carry other things instead of on our back with the straps. I would definitely recommend new furniture pads on the patio furniture upstairs and then try to keep them covered when the condo is not being used so as to keep them looking presentable, no one wants to lay on dirty, nasty looking furniture and that’s the way these looked.. Hugo the property manager was very attentive and checked on us daily making sure we were OK and if we needed anything. Hugo had fresh guacamole with chips, beer and wine waiting for us. The guacamole was the best I had the whole time we were in Cabo Saint Lucas.!!! I would definitely stay at these condos again this is my second time and I love the fact that it is secure and close to everything!!! I would also recommend a Keurig coffee maker instead of a filter, one

Amazing vacation!

The Cabo condo was perfect for our family! Two teenage girls loved the space, and close proximity to the beach. The location was amazing! And Carlos helped us with everything. We hope to go back soon!

Incredible Condo

We had an excellent week at this condo. The check in process was the best we’ve experienced at a VRBO. We paid for the ride from the airport provided by the host, and they had a manager named Hugo greet us at the condo. His staff brought in our bags and put away the groceries we bought at WalMart. Hugo made some homemade guacamole and had chips, beer and wine waiting for us. Then he showed us everything about the condo, like how to turn on the A/C, work the TV's etc. The condo is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, and close to town. My family really enjoyed staying here and if we come back to Cabo we will definitely be staying here.

Beautiful appartement, well equiped, walk to Medano beach, easy to get to grocerie store, walkable to the marina and downtown, great 2 tear terrasse. Got the best welcome by Hugo, great service from him for tours, activites. Will be back!

My wife and I just returned from our stay and I couldn’t agree more with all the positives mentioned. Duane was very helpful with info ahead of time and Hugo was great for anything we needed while we were there. We loved everything about our stay and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Penthouse stay

This place was absolutely stunning and amazing! Hugo was an amazing host, and greeted us with drinks, homemade guacamole, and chips!The property was situated in a very convenient area about an 8 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the marina and other attractions.Everything was very clean, and the area was pretty quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi was also really nice in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was well stocked and everything was good, as posted. Hugo greeted us and was there for anything we needed which was promptly attended to. From the Manager Duane that helped during booking to Hugo, the onsite support, helped to make our stay memorable. Location was close to Medano Beach and short walk to shops.

Awesome condo!

We returned home this evening after 6 nights at this beautiful condo. My husband, kids (ages 23, 20 and 18) and I had a wonderful vacation. We loved all of the amenities - private rooftop, 2 pools, washer and dryer, etc. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and downtown. Last but not least Duane, Hugo and staff provided exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place with a couple small caveats

We have stayed in these buildings three times and have always enjoyed the condos, the beach, the restaurants etc. This condo unit is lovely, beautifully furnished with anything you could need. Hugo, the on-site contact is fantastic, ever helpful, and made us feel very welcome (welcome drinks, chips, and his homemade guacamole). We did notice this time that nearby clubs are playing very loud music into the early morning hours, so that anyone in the bedroom on the back side of the building may be disturbed. Also, hot water was somewhat inconsistent, especially in the mornings. Even so, we had a great time and will come back.

Great Location

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. The condo is very clean and well maintained and the location is great. Easy short walks to both the beach and the downtown marina area. Hugo the manager is great and can help with anything you need. Definitely will be back.

Lots of Space and Fantastic Location!

We had a really great stay here in this condo. The unit has a lot of space and is just as reflected in the listing and pictures. The rooms are spacious, the main level patio table and chairs is a great spot for morning wake-up, and the upper terrace is perfect. The terrace has furniture seating, Lounge chairs, lighting and a hot tub for those who wish to use! We sat up there in the evenings to watch the local soccer matches, listen to some of the music from local venues, and to relax while watching the visible area of El Medano beach and ships/boats in the Bay. It is in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. Just a short walk to El Médano Beach, and close proximity to many local restaurants. Duane was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating in the booking process as we had to split a stay between two units, and checked in on us during our stay as well! Hugo was also wonderful on the check-in and even had fresh guacamole and cervezas waiting on us when we arrived at the first unit! He was also very responsive when we had questions. The security staff were also very friendly! Thank you for letting us stay here for our first visit to Cabo! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Accommodations

We were greeted by the manager, Hugo, who had prepared delicious guacamole, chips, beer and wine. He gave us a tour and told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. He turned put to he a wonderful resource. The condo was even better than we had hoped. The pictures are accurate. The place was very clean, well stocked and more importantly, we always felt safe. The walk to the beach was relatively short. The condo even had everything we needed for a day on the beach. I'm talking chairs, umbrella, towels, plastic blow-up items and coolers. I recommend this lodging destination to anyone who prioritizes comfort, cleanliness and safety.

Perfect!

Our family loved staying here during our Cabo vacation! The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, gym, grocery stores and downtown. The condo was stocked with anything and everything you need during your stay, including beach towels and chairs. The owner of the condo, Duane was so helpful before and during our trip. The property manager was so nice and available for anything we needed. He met us right at the door when we arrived and walked us through the condo answering all of our questions. We couldn’t have picked a better place!

Family Vacation

The owners are amazing. Duane was very attentive and prompt to all our concerns and questions before our arrival. The property is beautiful and well kept. Hugo and his team were nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and safe but it could get a little loud at night. I would definitely book with them again.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at Cathy & Duane’s condo/villa in Cabo. Everything is exactly as pictured-from the very short walk to Medano Beach to the rooftop jacuzzi. . From before we arrived until even after we checked out, Cathy & Duane insured all questions were answered, really welcoming us even before we arrived. Property mgr. Hugo & his team (thank you Carlos) took care of everything-even a welcome appetizer & refreshments. Relaxing & inviting. Top class! We’ll definitely book this again if available.

Wonderful stay

Condo was very clean and amazingly well stock with everything we needed for our 2 month stay. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens….towels were thick and plentiful. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we required. Balcony and rooftop patio had amazing views…we saw whales from the rooftop. Both the owner Duane and the property manager Hugo were extremely easy to communicate with and always available. The building was well managed. We always felt safe . We had a wonderful stay.
