Not sure why this review dates are Monday to Friday, as we were Tuesday to Saturday, but we really did enjoy this condo at ESTANCIA. As far as support, they helped me book airport rides. Concierge was available to help with the dinner reservations and taxis. We had a miscommunication on rates for one thing which they covered. When I checked in, a small repair was needed at the unit which they got done that same day.The kitchen is not fully stocked, but it has a good amount of supplies for doing any basic cooking. Restaurants at the resort are very good, and walking into town for other options was easy. The beach is lovely, yes a decent wave action to time as you enter and exit but as long as you can swim, it was super refreshing and enjoyable. The hotel has a kids pool which I did not need but looks like was very enjoyable for the little ones. It was spring break so snagging a pool side chair was a little hard I think for those sleeping in. Although spring break, it was relaxing in general and was quiet after 10 PM which was appreciated! The unit was very clean. Towels are easily available at the pool. The beach was not crowded. This exceeded my expectations for my first trip to Cabo and I would return!
