Great accommodations. We had 10 Adults. Owner was great to work with as well as his onsite agent. The big hot-tub on the roof was not operational but there was a small 2 person hot tub on the deck. It would have been a plus if the rooftop hot tub was working. Beautiful rooftop deck.

Family stay in Cabo

We all enjoyed the condo in Copala. I wish the roof top hot tub was functioning. We spend most of our time at Pueblo Bonito. Arturo (who we worked with before) was great! We would stay here again.

OUR STAY WAS EXCELENTE!!!!

From the moment we landed, the property manager, Binny, ensured we had safe and reliable transportation to the property. Upon arrival, the accommodations were better than anticipated. Throughout the vacation, our group of 5 was provided excellemt concierge service, with every need and question being promptly attended to by Binny and his team. There were no issues or concerns durinf our stay. If you are planning to visit Cabo, I would 100% recommend this property.

Minor

Just wanted to let you know the master toilet was leaking water, the one on the right. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was leaking water. A sink in both master was running slow when draining. The last one was the noisy mattress. Couldn’t get out without huge creaks or even turning around in the bed.

Nice place nothing works

Views were great, we were assured everything was working multiple times to ensure a good time! but no hot tubs worked, firepit doesn’t work, oven is broken nearly burned one of our guests very badly, and ice machine broken. This unit definitely needs some work. Benigno the property managers assistant was the one highlight of our stay. Very easy to get along with and made sure everything he could was taken care of.

Almost all positive.

Gorgeous views, comfortable condo, very secure, great amenities. There were some minor irritations: the stove and dishwasher were not securely installed, the hot tubs don’t work, the fire pit doesn’t work, and we needed help with the grill. The pools, bars, and mini store are very convenient, but very expensive. If you’re not familiar with Cabo San Lucas…don’t rely on cell phone GPS. Multiple family members had trouble getting back to the condo, we kept getting routed to other parts of the city, some not so nice. The stay came with multiple sister resorts we had access to, all gorgeous, all expensive. All said we had a great vacation and I would gladly stay here again.

Great Family Trip

We had a great time in this large unit. Just be aware that a few items are in the process of being repaired. The rooftop jacuzzi and fire pit are not operational at the present time. If you have a large group which you probably do when renting a 5 bedroom unit, also know that the hot water isn’t very hot. Most of us had cool or luke warm showers all week at best. On the positive however this is a very spacious unit with phenomenal views and pretty much all the things you need to have a great family trip. It’s very safe, nicely furnished, and has a fantastic layout. We had a wonderful week as a family. Would rent again.

Incredible Spring Break

We had two families of four stay together for spring break. We all had an incredible time. It was the perfect house with breath taking views. The location is excellent and the amenities are perfect. We look forward to coming back.

Golf weekend

This property was perfect! It was well laid out for a large family or a BOGO (boys only golf outing). The rooms are well appointed and large closets throughout. I would highly recommend this to unit to anyone taking a group to Cabo for a vacation!!

Great time in Cabo

Our stay at Copala worked great for our family! The condo was what we were expecting and as advertised. We used the owner's concierge to book events for savings. Some of our group golfed at Quivira and enjoyed the savings offered. Since we had access to Pueblo Bonito we daily used some of their pools. I would say you really need to have your own car, which we did. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Penthouse Luxury

This place is incredible. We were four couples in our 70s. Five bedrooms with 3 bathrooms inside 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom just outside a bedroom. The dining area and living rooms were very spacious. Hot tub on a beautiful balcony looking out at ocean. Then, walk upstairs to rooftop and we had huge area with seating, bbq and hot tub. We stopped at Costco to get dinners for two nights of BBQ. We had a rental car, do not speak Spanish, so it is much easier to find the Copala Towers and the room during daylight. Overlooked kids wading pool and adult infinity pool 6 stories down. You can drive to the big community center/pool. Every employee is very courteous and responsive. We had a little water leak in the toilet and someone showed up in 10 minutes to fix. They had a landline to call almost anywhere in the world no cost. Internet worked great. Arturo, the property manager was very easy to call on his cellphone at check in and check out. Included for our four night stay was TWO maid services. It was about a 6 minute drive to the Pueblo Bonito Sunset main resort and pools and their restaurants. It took about 12 minutes to drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas with our GPS. The place was immaculate and we had a great time.

Amazing Condo with even better view!

This condo was perfect for our guys golfing trip. We each had our own bed and bathroom and had plenty of room to spare. Location was quite and perfectly manicured/maintained and located within the beautiful property/community of Pueblo Bonito Sunset. The views are second to none with endless views of Ocean, golf course, and community. Two hot tubs for this condo. One on the main patio and one on the rooftop. This condo has everything you need for your trip. Access to the rooftop is an added bonus to this condo. Both Daren and Arturo (property manager) were great to deal with and always replied to our inquires before and during our stay. The main reason we stayed at this location is because of the Quivira Golf Course. You have to stay at one of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts or live within this community to play at this golf course. If you're a golfer this golf course is a top 100 golf course in the world and is a must play course while in Cabo. Take advantage of the discounted rate this owner provides you, for the $100 round/golfer we paid was almost disrespectful to the course ;)

Perfect family vacation

This 5 BR, 4 BA...beautifully appointed condo is in a great development. Comfortable for my husband’s surprise bday trip with our 4 adult children/2 spouses...8 people total. Plenty of pools, restaurants...just a walk or a quick shuttle ride away. Great (and private!) rooftop space with hot tub, grill, fire pit, eating and relaxing space. Stayed for a week, but already wishing for another visit to Cabo!

Fantastic home amazing place and great golf

We were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and took along the kids and their partners. Spotless resort, loved the shuttle service, concierge were great. Golf was amazing and the penthouse was fantastic. We will be back. Thankyou to you all for a perfect stay
