Holiday Gathering

We stayed at this property over Christmas and New Years 2024. The residence was spotless, well kept & beautifully decorated. The Pisces Group management was very communicative, friendly, and quick to take care of anything we needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent stay

Exactly what we needed and were looking for on the tail end of a longer trip. Booked a night at a penthouse unit for a R&R day becore returning to the states, which the staff made so easy to coordinate and relaxing to experience. 10/10

This day was wonderful! The best part of the trip as when we got to the Hacienda the staff was waiting with appetizers and a 2 massage therapist!! Top notch! The only bummer was the Jacuzzi wasn’t working the entire time and the disposal was broken but other than that we loved it!!

PERFECTION!

Our group of 8 (could fit more, btw) had an incredible stay at El Medano Ejidal. The Pisces group responded to our every question, concern, and request. We had the most relaxing stay with the help of pre-arrival groceries, in-unit massages/facials, chef services, and the rest. Jaime, our concierge, was so lovely and happy to help. We are grateful to him and the entire team for making our girls' weekend such a success.

Amazing location

This was an amazing unit in the beautiful Hacienda hotel. When we arrived our host greeted us In the unit and it was the start to a perfect week. I would use this company and stay here again over and over. Truly blew my expectations out of the water. Been to cabo many times but nothing like this before. 10 plus.

Absolutely amazing

10 of us spent three nights in Cabo celebrating my bachelorette. This unit, and the Pisces Group (the group that manages the property) are absolutely amazing. They picked us up from the airport, stopped at Coscto ($25 fee) and waited for us while we shopped (3 carts full!). Our driver Mauro was so patient and helpful with unloading & loading. The Pisces Group unloaded all groceries and organized the kitchen beautifully. When we ran out of water a couple days later, the Pisces staff was a text message away, and delivered 3 more cases of Costco water (special shout out to Ilze and Manuel!). Becky was wonderful during the booking process as well. We were greeted with margaritas, chair massages and guacamole. The VRBO slept 10 us perfectly (2 masters each with king beds, 1 bedroom with a king and a 4th bedroom with 2 queens). We loved the views, the jacuzzi and our private chef utilized the BBQ! You can easily hook up your phone to indoor/outdoor speakers for music. Bathrooms, showers, etc. were all in spectacular condition. Absolutely worth every penny! I hope we return and would 100% strongly reccommend!

Very high standards and exceeded all of my expectations.

This rental is amazing and equally amazing was the staff. All details were taken care of and the accommodations were fantastic. I have very high standards and this was above and beyond what I imagined. We will for sure rent this place again. The Pisces group who manages this property and several others here at Hacienda are absolutely incredible! Highly recommend getting the butler service, Suzette is fantastic.Thank you!

More than you can even imagine!

Take my word for it...I’m very super ridiculously picky and this condo is absolutely on point in EVERY aspect! The view is outstanding, the condo is spacious, comfortable and decorated as a multi million dollar condo should be! The architecture is truly amazing! What the management company failed to tell us was that the ‘light maid service’ was actually impeccable! The maid service made the stay THE BEST EVER! Gone was making beds, sweeping and doing dishes on our vacay! I’d say this was actually the first luxuroius vacay we’ve been on and we travel the world and stay in all the best! But NOTHING compares to this condo and this service and this beach and this property! THIS IS A SURE THING! From our arrival to the property concierge going out personally In the middle of the night to buy pedialyte for our infant. EVEYRTHING WAS BETTER THAN PERFECT. Don’t miss out on your best vacation ever! I’m so grateful that we did not! And don’t miss out on Miguel’s handmade margaritas! Brittney R, Chalmette, LA

Outstanding place, great service!

As the title says. Service was absurdly good. Just ON IT when we had minor issues. The view from all 4 bedrooms is amazing (3 queen/kings and 1 room with 2 twins so if its 4 couples, draw straws, ha), location is perfect, included Hacienda amenities such as the pool and hot tub and are good too. Maid service is great. Decent prices if you want them to stock liquor so I advise taking them up on this before arrival so you dont waste time your first day and can enjoy as soon as you get there. Walk to Pollos y Carne Lizzaraga for great prices at a local carniceria to use the grill. Only drawback is that the place isn't cheap and the very high deposit (we got back 100%) starts getting your total outlay into nosebleed territory. Also, make sure they give you a tutorial on the stereo/TV. But if you have to ensure you have a good experience in Cabo for your family or group, this is an extremely safe bet. Our group has been coming to Cabo for a while getting large villas in Pedregal and along the coast there and this place ranks very high.

Outstanding Property with Amazing Service from Pisces Group

A large group of female friends stayed at this property for our 40th birthday celebration. All I can say is WOW! The property itself is huge with multiple seating areas. The bedrooms were all wonderful with upscale linens. The deck with the hot tub was amazing! The view of Cabo from here is breathtaking. The service we received from Pisces was outstanding and I would definitely rent a property from them again. Every detail was thought of and taken care of. I would ask if they could arrange something and they said yes and immediately had it taken care of. We were treated like royalty with in room massages, groceries fully put away and baggage/transportation services that ran so smoothly. The pools, beach and amenities at the resort are a little bit of heaven. Highly recommend.

Excellent decision. Loved the location, the amenities and the personnel

We chose this location because our son had previously stayed at the Hacienda Beach Club. It was a fine choice. We particularly liked the large apartment, room for the children and grandchildren, the view which was fabulous (I use a camera shot of our balcony view as a screen saver), and the beautiful infinity pool for the children to play. The near location of the beach made a day of both beaching and pooling. I thought the gym, which I used twice, was beautiful and full of apparatus to use. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but a bit over priced. Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation and all of us hope to return.

Exceptional!!

Went with a group of college girlfriends and had the time of our lives! Everything was exquisite from start to finish. Going back for sure and spending time again in this absolutely gorgeous penthouse unit! Manuel and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Can't say enough about how great this four night vacation was! The Hacienda Beach resort itself is also phenomenal, with a lovely pool. The restaurant at the Hacienda is wonderful too! All in all just perfect...

Fabulous Penthouse Suite!

This place is phenomenal with incredible views from every room. It's truly magical. Everywhere you looked there was stunning views of the water. I was with a large group of friends and there was still tons of space for everyone. Manual and Jonathan were so great. They hooked us up with anything we needed and were so sweet and were there for us at every turn. Love them!! I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to go back next year!!

Great Getaway!

Just returned from a lovely vacation at the Hacienda. The penthouse suite was perfect for our girls getaway. Manuel and Jonathan greeted us with margaritas, appetizers, and massages to kick things off. They took care of everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable including stocking the fridge before our arrival, making our dinner reservations every night and arranging in suite massages for us. The penthouse suite was just perfect for our group. It had amazing views of Medano Beach, a fully functional kitchen, beautiful furnishings, and the best part was the hot tub on the balcony! The pool at the Hacienda was never crowded and the food is great. The beach out front has complimentary paddle boards and beach toys and a nice roped off area for swimming. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation Penthouse

We just returned home from our amazing vacation at this fantastic Hacienda Beach Resort Villa. It was unbeatable! We arrived at the Hacienda Beach Resort and were greeted by our personal Concierge Manuel who showed us around the grounds and up to our Penthouse Villa. Upon entering our Villa we were to treated to freshly made Margaritas, guacamole and chips and massages on the expansive balcony overlooking the resort and Medano Beach. What a fantastic start to our vacation! Manuel then offered to help us book reservations to restaurants, excursions and any entertainment we could think of. The Villa is exactly as spacious and elegant as the pictures show, I was happily surprised , because you never know. The decor is beautiful, the kitchen is first class, the bedrooms are all lovely and roomy, and the living area is huge and beautifully decorated! Wow! But the balcony takes the prize- the view, the 8 man jacuzzi, the comfy chairs and the bbq…what more could we need!? The kitchen comes with a regular coffee pot and an espresso machine which we used every day. Fantastic! There were refreshments in the fridge, complimentary, and a few staples in the cupboards. Everything was great! The grounds of the resort are amazingly beautiful and well kept. The pool area is lovely and lively. The beach is wide and full of people and things to do. The beach club has toys for the kids, stand up paddle boards, boogie boards and kayaks, all complimentary. The restaurant on site is very good, especially breakfast and lunch! The location to town and lively beach bars can't be beat…walk out the south gate and cross the street, you are at the marina and have access to hundreds of great restaurants, or down to the beach and to the left you are at The Office. This is by far the nicest place we have found in Cabo, and this is our 6th trip. The location and service we received at Hacienda Beach Resort from Manuel and the staff can't be beat, it's close to the pool and beach access and center to the best view in Cabo, with Manuel to assist you with anything you need! Amazing! I will recommend this Villa to everyone I know!
