The house looked and felt run down. Kitchen cabinets don’t close properly bathrooms look worn out, indoor and out doors furniture need replacing Overall, we did not enjoy the place!And it’s quite far away from everywhere

An Unforgettable Cabo Dream Getaway5/5 Stars - The perfect house and the best host!We just concluded the most amazing stay at this stunning ocean view house in Cabo, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we stepped into the house, we were captivated by the expansive, breathtaking views of the Pacific. Enjoying coffee there every morning and watching the spectacular sunrise and sunsets in the evening was easily the highlight of our trip. The house itself is luxurious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully appointed. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay enjoyable and seamless. The location is ideal—close enough to activities but far enough away to feel like a private oasis.However, what truly elevates this property above all others is the host, Jennifer. She is, without a doubt, absolutely amazing! Jennifer was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She provided fantastic local recommendations for dining and activities and was always available if we had a question. Her warmth and helpfulness turned a great house into an exceptional experience.If you are looking for an ocean view house in Cabo, look no further. This is a great choice for those seeking a house featuring lots of amenities. The outdoor spaces provide terrific views, the pool/hot tub are perfect for a lazy afternoon and the seating area and grill are a nice spot to enjoy an outdoor meal. The kitchen was perfect for meals in and the spaces seamlessly accommodated our party of four.

Perfect place to relax

Excellent location; quiet & safe neighborhood

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. Unit is as advertised, is well appointed and the view is AMAZING! We ate in most nights because the location was perfect for us. It is located up the hill from the crazy of downtown Cabo, the marina and Medano beach if that’s what you’re looking for. 20 min from the amazing beaches in San Jose del Cabo and lovely downtown art district (which were our preferences). Costco and La Fresca grocery store within 5-10 min drive down the hill (Walmart 12-15 min away). Loved the security of the gated community with attentive gate staff and quietness of the community. Great restaurants, icecream/gelato, fitness facilities and urgent care (which we ended up at and it was fantastic and very helpful) 5 min drive down the hill. Great jumping off point to Todos Santos (1 hr) and La Paz (2.5 hrs). Jennifer was very attentive and great to work with. She even helped us book a private boat tour. Water comes from a cistern and may be limited for large groups using lots of water. We were party of 3 and didn’t have any trouble for the 12 days we were there but something to keep in mind. The safety, location and view make this a highly recommended place to stay!

Beautiful Home - Amazing View

The home is nicely furnished and impeccably decorated. It provides a luxury feel throughout. The outdoor space is just as amazing, accented by beautiful tile work and native plants. The backdrop of Lands End is amazing! This was our 6th trip to Cabo and that view never gets old. Jennifer was responsive via text and was always courteous and friendly regarding questions about the home, the security process, food deliveries, etc. My wife and I had a very relaxing time and would definitely return.

Quiet with Ocean view

We had a wonderful time at Casa 72. Our host Jennifer took care of all our needs and was wonderful. The view from the pool, hot tub and inside the house was spectacular. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and views

Would stay here again 100%. House is excellent, just as described. Views are amazing all day but especially in the morning and at night. Neighbors are nice if you're respectful to them and not bringing annoyances and loud noises. Jennifer with property management was very helpful. Really would love to stay here again!

Thanksgiving in Cabo

Everything about this property was fantastic. The negatives were there was a lot of construction in the area so it was very dusty and occasionally louder. The firepit was not available for use, which was unfortunate for those cool evenings, we would have loved to use it. A couple of the gas burners on the stove top wouldn’t light. Also missing a hairdryer- but we were able to share what was there. Overall great stay. Margarita, the home host was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect Home in Cabo

This home has it all! Location, safety, comfort and all the things you would need to enjoy your time spent in Cabo. When we arrived, the local host was there to greet us at the house to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival and give us some general rules. The local host was also helpful and easily accessible by phone call or text whenever we needed something or had a question. Also the views overlooking the city are amazing! Would definitely recommend this place to others wanting to visit Cabo!

Beautiful location with one issue....WATER!

We just returned from our Cabo vacation. Pros of house: Beautiful home, very cozy and clean. Pool was very clean. Pictures are spot on. Our local contact Kim was AMAZING! She met us at the home for checkin and answered all our questions. She was very friendly and responsive during our stay and helped us with an issues immediately. House is in a safe/quiet/gated location. Ubers were easy to find. Cons: WATER! Water is shipped in via truck to fill a 1300 gallon/5000 liter cistern. We had to get the cistern filled twice during our stay. Once on day 2 (meaning water was already low when we arrived) and again night of day 4. We were a party of 5 adults and did not use water excessively by any means. Water issues were never disclosed in the home bio nor the house documents that were sent prior to arrival. When I mentioned the issues to the owner, I was told we were using too much water (not very empathetic). The main reason we rented a home was to have the conveniences of a home (cook, do occasional laundry if needed, separate bedrooms, etc). If we knew there were water issues or restrictions/rations, we would've never rented this house. If you are a larger party, be prepared. If you research water use online, it states 80-100 gallons a day per person. Do the math..... Did it ruin our trip...absolutely not. But it definitely was an inconvenience.

Beautiful Villa

We spent 7 wonderful nights at this villa. Very well maintained, plenty of supplies, spacious interior and exterior, kitchen is well equipped and was clean and comfortable. Exterior is landscaped very nice and the view from the pool deck is amazing. Small, quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to activities, beach and marina. We enjoyed not being in the tourist corridor. Our host, Jennifer, is very efficient and friendly. I was able to book, pay, ask questions and sign documents all through messages. Margarita, our property manager is a gem. She was excellent on all aspects. Greeted us at villa, explained everything, very quick response time with our questions, explicit videos when having a problem with the hot tub and she did an amazing job helping us set up a chef for one evening. I must also include our chef, Ruby. A 5 star, should be higher, for an unbelievable meal. Arrived on time, prepped, cooked, served and cleaned up. My best meal in Cabo. Amazing job, for all the individuals at this villa. My 11th villa stay, and this one is amongst my favorites. Thank you, Pam

Wonderful Home, beautiful views and comfortable accomodations!

Jennifer and the local property manager were very responsive and check in process was easy and on time. Having 3 King Beds and private bathroom is amazing. Bedding and beds are SUPER comfortable. Nice AC units in each room for everyone's comfort. Back patio is very nice, private and we were lucky to not have anyone on either side of us. Beautiful views and pool is perfect size! Hot tub heats quickly for a nice evening outside. Very close to Costco and Walmart is nearby for groceries. Gated community, very quiet and felt very safe. Uber can get into the gate (sometimes a little trouble with that), but note to just message your driver and ask them to tell the gate attendants your last name and Casa 72, that seemed to work! Warning that the amazing BBQ that is pictured and listed in the description costs you $75 to use. I didnt see anything about that in the listing until we arrived - which was a bummer because we had bought chicken and steaks for grilling - and I didnt feel that was great to tell us once we arrived that there is a fee to use the outdoor bbq. Also felt that supplies in the house were slim. No soap in the bathrooms and little shampoo/cond, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper - we ended up having to buy all of those supplies, even though listed. Had to buy batteries for the ac unit remotes and a wine opener as well. Nice garage if you have a car with you. Overall, you will not be disappointed at this property!!!!!

Great vacation rental

We had a great week at this location. We sat outside all the time plus enjoyed the private pool multiple times. The community pool is just a few houses down. Look for the path. It takes you to the pool, tennis court and play area. It was nice that each room has a private bathroom. Probably the only thing missing was a cooler for beach. We bought one and left it. Have no complaints about the rental.

Perfect Location

This beautiful and well maintained home is perfectly located just outside DT Cabo so it makes for super east Uber rides if you don’t have a rental car. The views from the home’s pool and up on the fire pit deck are amazing. Owner and property manager were very responsive on the very few questions that we had. I highly recommend this property!

Perfection

My partner & I stayed here for 3 nights as the 1st stop on her 40th-bday-tour. We wanted something quiet & relaxing to kick it off, and this place was IT!! The photos don't do it enough justice - objectively stunning home to stay in. Living Space: The home is SUPER clean, ton of living space. Each bedroom has a dedicated FULL bathroom which is ideal. Keyless entry via bluetooth app which was nice. 2 gentlemen helped us upon arrival to ensure we had it all setup and showed us around. Very nice, felt very safe (us being 2 women traveling solo). Outdoor Area: This is where the magic happens! Unbelievable view, incredible pool & jacuzzi. My partner worked outside while I sunbathed, and we both were able to be poolside for the sunset. You can see the Arch from the balcony!! Location: The location was VERY quiet and felt VERY safe during our stay. We were lucky to not have anyone next door to us on either side, but could imagine our music being an issue if there was. The location is super tricky with regards to getting an Uber though; we literally couldn't get picked up. We had Jennifer's driver pick us up from the airport - he was awesome, and offered to take us anywhere when we needed to. It's just very overpriced to do that when compared to an Uber.. but we also couldn't get Uber to get us.. so I can understand the price delta. We weren't able to go anywhere for food due to the commute issue, so we had food delivered for each meal. Not a huge deal unless you're wanting to go out & about, but we were content being hermits :) Property Manager: super helpful and responsive; Jennifer was also. She responded nearly immediately to every message, and also had a VERY comprehensive book with all the info you could ever need for your stay. Overall: this was absolute perfection for what we wanted, and this home is officially on our "We're Going Back!" list!! Thank you SO much Jennifer for helping me kick off the best birthday trip for my partner!!

Great hospitality and great villa.

I have traveled many times in Mexico, but Cabo San Lucas was really special thanks to Jennifer's amazing hospitality. I want to thank you for an amazing vacation and there is no doubt that every visit to San Lucas will be in this amazing villa.
