The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 4th floor of Náutica del Mar sleeps up to 7 guests and sits steps from El Combate Beach on Cabo Rojo's southwestern coast. The private balcony delivers sweeping ocean views and front-row seats to some of the island's most stunning sunsets—reason enough to book.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfortable sleep after long beach days.

- Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

- Bedroom 2 features two double beds configured as a bunk, plus a pull-out single bed—great for families or groups traveling together.

A second full bathroom serves the rest of the condo.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The living room centers around a stylish sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV that connects to your streaming accounts, so you can catch up on shows between beach trips. The wraparound balcony extends your living space outdoors—pull up a chair and watch the sky turn shades of orange and pink as the sun dips into the water. Inside, the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all the cooking basics. The dining table seats four, with three additional stools at the breakfast bar for casual bites.

The complex pool features a waterslide that's a hit with kids and adults alike, and there's a playground nearby to keep little ones entertained. The beach is just steps away—spend your mornings in the sand and your afternoons cooling off in the pool.

A washer and dryer in the unit mean you can pack light and refresh your wardrobe mid-stay. Free parking is available on the premises, and the dedicated workspace with strong Wi-Fi makes it easy to check in with work if needed. Self check-in via lockbox lets you arrive on your schedule. The condo is pet-friendly for a fee—just let your host know in advance. El Combate Beach offers a handful of local eateries and bars serving fresh seafood and tropical drinks, and downtown Cabo Rojo is about 20 minutes away by car for more dining and shopping options.

The condo is located at El Combate Beach, the most well-known beach in the area. While amenities are limited, there are a few local eateries and bars where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks while taking in breathtaking views. El Combate Beach is also close to other attractions in Cabo Rojo, about a 20-minute drive away. Additionally, if you want to explore the downtown area of Cabo Rojo, the main town square is just a 20-minute drive from the beach.



Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.

Kindly be advised that guests arriving after 11:00 PM will incur a late check-in fee of $25 USD in cash.



Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.



Interaction with Guests:
