Beautiful quiet space next to beautiful beaches

Me and my family enjoyed the place it was as shown in the images, close to Boqueron, La Parguera, playa Buye and Combate. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location in Cabo Rojo

We enjoyed our stay - the house was spacious and provided a lot of room for our family of 3 adults and one teen. The pool was an extra bonus - perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploration. This area of Puerto Rico is beautiful and there is so much to see!

Host was available when we had questions and the house was nice and in a good neighborhood but there were things that needed attention.For starters, the white couch was broken and we did not use it , Half of the beach chairs in the garage were broken so we opted not to use them, the small cooler in the garage was also not useable and while we were there.. the lounge chairs by the pool were old and cracked and my mother in law was sitting on one of them and it completely broke causing her to fall onto the patio. I messaged the owner about it and told them to check the cameras to prove we did not intentionally break it and the response was that they’re going to file a claim to the insurance I purchased. It’s a nice place but I think the house needs some attention for future renters .

House has everything you need. This is our second stay here and we will be renting this property going forward. Love everything about this place. It has a beautiful brand new pool as well.

Beautiful,Spacious and comfortable home

The home was large and comfortable . We loved the location- close to beaches and great restaurants. AC throughout the house, plenty of bathrooms and perfect for a family vacation. The host was friendly and ready to answer questions at anytime. We had a wonderful and memorable weekend.

PR Relaxation

My family had an amazing time. House was beautiful and close to so many great beaches. If you like the Cabo Rojo area this is definitely the house to have. Host were great. Very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back and recommending this location to friends.

Puerto Rican Paradise

Property was better than expected. Rooms were very big. We enjoyed the entire stay especially the location of the property. Owner contacted me several times to ensure everything was ok. We were very pleased with the stay and will recommend to others.

Great location close to restaurants between cabo rojo and mayaguez. Pool was a little small. Probably good for smaller children vs teenagers. Kitchen was lacking spices had to buy our own. Little dirty. Probably needs a good paint job.

Great house for family.

This house has great access to many of the best beaches on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Host was very nice and attentive. Her hospitality was top notch. I recommend this house.

Loved the house! Very spacious. Julie and Nancy were super nice and communicative, and always responded quickly. Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay again soon! 100% recommended!

Nice but needs some TLC

The house is pretty, but many of the appliances need to be repaired (an AC unit, the dishwasher, one stove burner, very limited hot water). With a few repairs and more detailed cleaning the house would be amazing. The host was great and the check in/check out process was easy. Be aware thar the neighbors dogs come out at 5:30 AM daily and bark for hours. I know the host cant fix this but if your not an early riser then you will be quite annoyed. The location was awesome for tons of great resturaunts.

I sent the owner a text message and will not go into great detail here. We had water pressure issues, hot water was an issue, garage door kept opening( we would watch it close to then come home to it open), and broken furniture in living room and outside.

Nice house

Travelled with a family of 7. The house is very spacious, had plenty of room for all of us. The pool is decent size for relaxing dip. There were some issues. Owner was somewhat responsive when contacted.1/ Stove and dryer did not work all the time. Thus was a downfall as we bought food to make breakfast and was unable to use it as stove did not turn on. Dryer also only worked sometimes.2/ Although there are 3 showers, they can't all be used at same time as water pressure will be low. Not owners fault, just think this is how it is on the island.3/ Wish the owner had more things to do in the house, games, more beach stuff (more than 3 chairs, maybe a beach wagon). There were plenty of towels, blankets for all of us.Overall nice place, couple of kinks need to be worked out.stove did not

Spacious Comfort

The property is spacious, very comfortable and clean. It had all kitchen supplies needed and excess towels and bed sheets and pillow cases which is a plus . It sits in the middle of the area of Cabo Rojo close to many favorite tourist spots (Boqueron Beach, Combate Beach, Crash Boat Beach - a definite stop, San German City, Sabana Grande Pozo and La Parguera among others). Our greatest suprise was discovering Schoenstatt smack in the middle of Cabo Rojo. If you are a person of faith I highly recommend it. The party involved with the booking were super responsible, considerate and kind. The property was safe although the entry gate is opened to anyone and its appearance does not match the house itself. Be prepared for the experience of hearing animals loudly express themselves specific to the morning - ha, ha! (dogs, sheep, coquis and birds). We are from the island and appreciate these sounds. The property is priced reasonably. I recommend this property for its space, comfort, central location and price. It is truly a great find. Sincerely, The Rodriguez family (NY and NJ)

Miradero House Review

Our experience was not great. House design/architecture is quite impressive, but house has not been well maintained. There is no manual or written directions for visitors. The house was somewhat dirty upon our arrival; sand was present in one of the beds, indicating sheets had not been changed. There was no hot water in the master bedroom. The glass and stainless steel sinks were covered with a haze of calcium deposits. The dishwasher did not work. The front steps were partially blocked by overgrowth from a small palm tree. We were expecting a quiet visit but there are a lot of dogs on the adjacent properties that bark incessantly at night. This made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
