The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the second floor sleeps five and sits just minutes from El Combate Beach in Boquerón. The year-round shared pool and proximity to some of Cabo Rojo's best beaches make it an easy home base for families exploring Puerto Rico's southwest coast.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

When it's time to rest, both air-conditioned bedrooms offer a quiet night's sleep.

- The first bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

- The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, great for kids or extra guests.

A second full bathroom serves the rest of the condo.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living and dining area connects to a private balcony where you can catch partial ocean views and watch the sunset. Inside, a Smart TV lets you log into your Netflix or Hulu account after a day at the beach. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook — stove, oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, and all the basics — so you can save on dining out and enjoy meals together at the dining table.



Outdoor Amenities

The building's shared pool is open year-round and perfect for a morning swim or cooling off in the afternoon. There's also a shared gym if you want to keep up your routine. El Combate Beach is a short drive away, and you'll find local spots like Annie's Place for fresh seafood and tropical drinks with a view.



Good To Know

Free parking is available on-site, and there's an elevator to the second floor. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh your clothes mid-stay. Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout the condo. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms; the kitchen, living room, and dining area have ceiling fans. A Pack 'n Play is provided for families traveling with little ones. The condo is located about a 20-minute drive from downtown Cabo Rojo and within an hour of the beaches in Guánica and Rincón.

You’ll have full exclusive access to the apartment, while the pool, gym, and playground are shared with other guests.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located just minutes from El Combate Beach, where there are a few local eateries and bars where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks while taking in breathtaking views. El Combate Beach is also close to other attractions in Cabo Rojo, about a 20-minute drive away. Additionally, if you want to explore the downtown area of Cabo Rojo, the main town square is just a 20-minute drive from the beach.



Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
