The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 4th floor of Nautica del Mar sleeps up to 7 guests and sits right on El Combate Beach in Cabo Rojo's quiet southwestern corner. The standout? Sweeping 180-degree ocean views from your private balcony, where you can watch the sun dip into the Caribbean every evening.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The first bedroom has a king bed and its own full bathroom. The second bedroom fits families easily with two double beds (configured as a bunk) plus a pull-out single bed. There's also a double sofa bed in the living area. Two full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The living room centers around a comfortable sofa and Smart TV—log into your streaming accounts and settle in after a beach day. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, and all the basics. The dining table seats four for meals together.



Outdoor Amenities

Your balcony overlooks the beach with cushioned seating—it's the best spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Down at the pool, there's a water slide that kids love and a playground nearby. The beach itself is a short walk, and the rocky shoreline is dotted with tiny conches you can watch moving around at low tide.

Fast WiFi keeps you connected, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Free parking is available on-site, and there's an elevator in the building. El Combate Beach has a handful of local spots serving fresh seafood and tropical drinks. For more dining and exploring, downtown Cabo Rojo is a 20-minute drive. Pets are welcome for a fee, and cleaning service is available if you'd like it arranged in advance.

The condo is located at El Combate Beach, the most well-known beach in the area. While amenities are limited, there are a few local eateries and bars where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks while taking in breathtaking views.El Combate Beach is also close to other attractions in Cabo Rojo, about a 20-minute drive away. Additionally, if you want to explore the downtown area of Cabo Rojo, the main town square is just a 20-minute drive from the beach.



Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.



Interaction with Guests:
