READ ENTIRE REVIEW
Nice house, TV and fridge were fine. You had all the kitchen appliances you’d need. The windows don’t have screens so you’re going to get mosquitoes, bees, ants and Jerusalem crickets in the house. We were are all covered in bug bites by the time we left. There is no kayak/canoe on the property as shown in the picture and water is definitely not swimable . There is no central AC (as stated in the amenities) only two many splits one in the master bedroom and one in the second biggest room with the two queen beds. there was only two fans in the entire House and there was none in the guest house. She brought some over, which was nice, but it should’ve been on the property since there are so many rooms. The water went out in on three separate occasions I really appreciate the owners attentiveness and how she handled everything up until the moment where I asked for a refund , since we dealt with this issue and there were kids present, we showered really cold water on some days we couldn’t wash the dishes which created a bad bug infestation. Now this issue that I needed to write a review and then I would get my refund sounded like blackmail to me. I contacted Vrbo. She told them the same thing after some mediation. She finally sent over the refund this all could have been prevented. She offended 400 Which I was ok w/ but I should asked for more after that After this interaction. Remove all false advertisement and fix all issues before renting again please Irka.
