"House is comfortable and well provisioned. Managing company very responsive and helpful. Lower level had independent beds and bathroom so privacy is great for couples. Upper level has main living space with main bedroom and bathroom. Keys can be a little confusing as bedroom on lower level had independent locks. I'd recommend the management color coordinat the keys to match the locks with paint or nail polish to avoid trying multiple times to find the correct key for the lock. "

"We have been coming to East Cape for many years and like to try different places. This casita was spacious for 2 people, very clean, and had a WONDERFUL private dip pool and outdoor shower. "Hacienda Del Mar was all I had hoped it would be and more. Our group was 6 families with 11 adults and 5 children under 5. The house gave everyone plenty of room. Pool and the beach continually entertained the littles. Location in Los Barriles was ideal. We all hope to go back again someday!"

"This is a beautiful property in an incredible location. The beach is private with no motor traffic. Whale watching was outstanding. The beach is rocky and not ideal for long walks. There was not enough wind for kiteboarding during our stay. I think I could have launched from Waynes boat ramp, but definitely not for the novice.
