"absolutely ADORABLE hotel, and really friendly proprietor who greeted us on arrival to show us to our room - he had already let out the sofa bed in our suite and made up the sofabed bc he knew our son would be with us, which was really kind. "The house was beautiful, it had a really nice 1940s-50s decor and theme. I got a room for two with a full size bed, and it was enough for both of us. The front desk manager Kurt was super helpful and gracious. Shared restrooms were always clean and never felt crowded (even during the buys 4th of July weekend). I would definitely stay here again on my next Ptown visit."

"Great staff and location. The rooms aren't particularly large and some feature is dated, however the location, staff, and beachside environment more than make up for it."

"This was the perfect spot to stay for our first vacation on Cape Cod. Everything was new, clean and well organized. The back entrance and yard were very private. I loved the wild flower garden and seeing different birds and bunnies each day!"
