"The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. "The property location was excellent with many local restaurants and bars within walking distance of the resort. The room itself was very nice, however the amenities and features inside the room left a lot to be desired.
