Bonito y bien situado

Es un apartamento muy bonito, amplio, bien situado y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Como pequeña sugerencia propondría que lo liberaran un poco de elementos de decoración ya que no tiene mucho espacio libre para colocar las pertenencias propias, además del riesgo de poder romper algo

Raymonde and Andre’ place was pretty much perfect for a mid-winter getaway from the snows and temps of Michigan! We loved the location right on the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We also liked that it was close to town but just far enough away to get out of the main hussle. We’re already making plans to return next year!

We spent a terrific couple of weeks in this condo. It is as advertised steps to the beach, nice pool though a little chilly, accommodations as advertised, very responsive owners and on-site manager. We loved the fruit/vegetable guy who comes Mon/Thur mornings with fresh produce and eggs off the back of his truck. On site gate and grounds security keep things safe. Residents very friendly. Make sure you download the Komida app for all kinds of food deliveries - better than Door Dash! Super clean and comfortable. Quiet. Everything close, but not on the crazy busy strip. Highly recommend!. We'll be back. Thanks for adding the screen door for us Andy! For those familiar with the DR, power was consistent (they have generator),

Our party of 3 stayed for 4 weeks. Raymonde was very prompt with replies to any inquiries and questions we had.The unit was on the ground floor with a large deck over looking the ocean. It was lovely to sit out there in the shade with the ocean breeze. The breeze kept the place cool enough during the day however when the bugs came out at night, it was time to move inside and close the doors. Then the living room got quite warm. **There is air conditioning in both bedrooms so we would turn it and the fans on and that helped a little with cooling down the living room a bit at night. During our stay someone came once a week and thoroughly cleaned the unit. We found the unit to be pretty much as described in the add. No washer & dryer in the unit. The complex and grounds are well maintained. Over all we had a very relaxing, pleasant visit and would stay here again.

A great first in DR

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so nicely decorated (with a big comfy hanging chair), veggie/fruit truck comes once a week, a large spice rack, great selection of books, lots of towels, on demand hot water, and good security on the grounds. So many great restaurants to explore at reasonable prices.Some things to keep in mind: king bed is quite firm, and queen bed is mid firm. We were there for a month in February and typically it was calm in the mornings till noon, then windier in the afternoon. We loved our time there and would definitely go back.

Great beachfront condo!

This condo faces the ocean with a beautiful view. The only downfall is that there is no place conveniently close to grab a coffee or quick breakfast. There is a sit down restaurant at a condo complex nearby that you can walk to on the beach in 15 mins. Make sure to remember coffee and breakfast essentials.2nd Bathroom window needs to be fixed, would not lock. We felt secure in the property so I did not worry too much about it but would have been nice to have the lock operational. The condo could have been cleaned better upon our arrival. We stayed in the beachfront condo for 5 days with our 15 daughter. We had a great stay. Walked to town down the beach a few times. It was about a 40 minute walk to the beach restaurants on Cabarete Beach.

A Nice Vacation Home Experience

My wife and I really enjoyed the residential vacation home experience. We met a few of the Property owners who were very nice and really enjoyed being there. So it gave us a nice homey feeling which we really appreciated. Some really nice restaurants nearby with great sunset views. We would definitely consider coming back.

Spring break

We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website.

Beautiful ocean view

Our family had a great week in this beautiful condo. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves was amazing! We really enjoyed the covered patio area that opens up so nicely to the living area and kitchen. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The grounds are well kept. The beach is great for walking. The ocean was warm and a bit rough for swimming in front of the condo. The main area of Cabarete beach was good for swimming and boogie boarding We went a couple of times for dinner at Martinis just a few minutes beach walk from the condo. The menu changes daily. You can look them up on Facebook for daily posts of their menu. All you can eat Taco Tuesday was a favorite! The property manager office location had changed from what was noted in the information. They are on the second floor, main entrance from parking lot, blue building. You can have laundry done for you for a small fee (150 pesos plus tip). Take your laundry to the little blue building in the parking lot. Ours was returned the next day clean & nicely folded. There are no self serve laundry options. Highly recommend a vacation at this lovely condo.

Incredible stay! Truly Paradise found.

Had an incredible 7 night stay. Property was immaculate. The staff at the property were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is perfect. You literally feel like you are on a deserted island from the view of the place. The outdoor space was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Well equipped. Very enjoyable stay!

We spent 11 nights here in Nov-Dec 2023. We were pleasantly impressed by the location (right on the beach), by the cleanliness (the place was immaculate) and by the comprehensive amenities. The owners answered all our questions thoughtfully within 24 hours. There is very little to criticize, and most of the small issues were of external causes (like not having running water for about an hour in the morning of two days). The fridge did freeze some of the produce we were keeping in the bottom drawer (and we found no thermostat to adjust the temperature). But apart from this everything worked as expected. If you do come here, remember that tap water is for cleaning only. 18L jugs are available in the complex for about $1.50 and there’s a good cooler in the kitchen. All in all this is a great location amd we’re already planning on coming back. Cheers!

Beautiful View

The condo is pretty and clean as pictured. The location is perfect, with beautiful beachside access. The beach was pristine, as was the pool. Some things at the condo needed attention/repair in preparation for our visit. The owner Raymonde was responsive, apologetic, and extended a credit for the inconvenience. I think she did her best to resolve but with our stay being short, it was a bit challenging. Mainly there was a communication issue: property manager Erica wasnt reachable over the weekend while we were there. She came on monday morning as we were getting ready to check out and I was able to show her what needed attention, one was a simple fix but again we had no way of knowing that. Overall, and in spite of these issues, we had a very nice stay. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet condo on the beach but also near downtown Cabarete, this spot is ideal.

Excellent Location

This was the fourth time my wife stayed at the Victoria, and the same unit. Looking at the kitchen, it needs some TLC. The refrigerator is weak, not keeping the food cold. A piece is the cabinet fell off and landed on my wife's foot. We will stay at the Victoria again, but probably try another unit.

Perfect place for a restful respite

We enjoyed many hours on the patio with cocktails and the sound of the sea. Beautifully decorated with original art. It is as beautiful as the photos represent it to be. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. There is much within walking distance if you feel like going out. Highly recommended.

Cabarete - Sun and Beach

The property is quiet and well maintained. The condo is well decorated, comfortable and well equipped for an extended stay. We liked that it was close to restaurants and groceries. The beach is awesome and the ocean temps about 85 farenheit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made our stay there a very good one. The owners are the best.
